Reviews
Stop reading the reviews for the price it is its a fun and interesting experience for an hour~ depending on how fast you play and how much you want to explore each round. The story is beautiful and with a heartfelt message. :D
Awesome tactical shooter! Go ahead and give it a try.
Thank you for this message. That was something I really needed in my life right now, especially in dealing with the strife associated with the parasocial aspects of an online... friend group. The student's room hit the closest to home and the community theatre bit was saddening. The human experience truly is a complicated one and this online simulacrum only seems to skew it further and distance our very understanding of it. Regardless, I think that this was a the wake up call which I truly needed to lessen my attachment to the online "social" sphere both within video games and without. Patterns were meant to be broken. Maybe I will live to my 70s? Surely that is enough time to come to terms with the individual plight of this existence.
to say farewell 9/10
As a game, It Takes a War isn't anything special. As a message, it is special. It conveys a message I don't think a lot of people ever think about, but probably should, and just because of that (and the <1hr game time), I recommend it.

It's genuinely hard to say this game is anything but fine art... The first appreciation that comes to mind for me, is how authentic it all felt; from the gameplay to the sounds to the story, it just hurts so much more because it hit too close to home. This game is something worth experiencing, it's short, but it will leave a great impact.
It takes a War feels like the last time you get to see or talk to your friends like you used to do. I just dont want to feel like im annoying anyone or make their suffering worse. Great Game.
我无法在不剧透的情况下推荐这个游戏 尽管最大的元素结合得有些粗糙,但其他各个方面相较于前作已经有很大提升了 期待制作人下一部更成熟的作品
I enjoyed it. Easy achievements. Tries to tell some story and is good at doing it and immersing into the environment
