It Comes Around - A Kinetic Novel

I don't get why it's mostly negative. It's a meh game. Kinetic Novel actually. Main idea is quite nice but execution is uninspired in some parts. I liked sprites and backgrounds were ok. Nothing special about music but it's there and it fits story. Quite short but also quite cheap. Economical solution for halloween xD

Изначально сюжет напоминает игру "corpse party", группа подростков отправляется в школу для проведения ритуала, но к концу сюжет скатывается, игра становится скучной и оставляет отрицательное "послевкусие" с единственным вопросом -что это вообще было? Обрадовало появление персонажа Ариса и я находилась в ожидании, мне хотелось узнать её историю, мотив и цель. Оправдалось ли мое ожидание? Конечно же нет. На деле ни один персонаж ничего из себя не представляет, набор обиженных жизнью детей чьи обиды так толком и не раскрыты. Музыкальная составляющая не запоминается. Арты и спрайты довольно приятны глазу. В игру можно поиграть, но только бесплатно или на очень хорошей скидке, своих денег она не стоит.

I can't quite point my finger on what is wrong with the game/font but I found it really hard to read, which for a visual novel is a really bad thing and therefore I could not enjoy the game on that basis already. It doesn't get much better from there on either. The Linux version of the game works without any issues.

Not really a game, more like an illustrated book with ambient sounds. Story short and not as engaging as I'd expect from a "game" which has story as the only feature. Spooky? Maybe. Scary? Not really. As a novel I'd give a neutral opinion. Just... Meh. But since it's labeled as a "game" (it's really not, the only thing you can do is save at any moment; you make no choices whatsoever nor is there any player influence to it), I do feel baited and disappointed. Thus, I'm giving it a No.

[b]10/10[/b] would not recommend. The story is mediocre at best but nothing original, a plot we've seen before. It's short and not very well-written. No character-depth whatsoever. Seems a bit like a terrible Corpse Party spin off to me tbh, no offense.
