Cute little city builder - not overly complex, and doesn't outstay its welcome, but well worth the ticket price.
Lovely lil' city builder with trains directly involved. What's not to love?
I didn't find it to be anything groundbreaking and some of the music feels like some generic audio I've heard in a bunch of games before, but as a peaceful city builder type game I enjoyed it. Honestly my biggest complaint is as far as I could tell upgrading houses didn't do anything and there didn't seem to be a major difference to upgrading roads, unless you're just doing it for aesthetics it kinda feels like a waste of resources.
As much a puzzle game as a town builder, the pace is nice and zippy timed around the arrival and departure of trains. Good fun, simple but with enough depth, and love that it just runs and controls nicely on everything I use
Eh, I can't really give it a recommendation. Sure, it is a small and short game. I'm fine with those. But this one is just... confusing. And the entire experience is badly designed. The production/consumption graphs looked like some alien blueprints. I had no idea how much stuff I needed or produced. So half my time playing I was just confused and guessing what I needed. And trains only selling 8 carrots through the entire game, no matter if you have 5 villagers or 150 didn't help either.
It is okay. If the theme is something that interests you I can recommend it. However in like 2 hours I have done almost everything I can do in the game. Apart from some late game buildings that need to be constructed which just takes time to get the resources. I might just do those things to complete the game fully and get all achievements, but that is really it. I don't really see any value in replaying it at this point after that.
Well... I'm a bit undecided here. I needed less than 2 hours for completing all achievements. Of course this doesn't necessarily determine a game's sufficience in content, but I expected a bit more from a game that somehow includes economy. Apart from that, it's a cute idea. It doesn't need too much planning and makes an easy entry to this kind of games. You unlock nice quality of life features and it's nice to watch the townsfolk being busy. However, you may reevaluate if you want to spend its original price. I got it at a 25% discount and still tended to refund it, but ultimately didn't as I want to support indie devs.
Really like the game, very well made.
