A short comedy adventure. Investi-Gator is here to solve the crimes! He's not really clear on what the crime is, but he'll do his best. And as long as his brother Insti-Gator is around, he'll ALWAYS have someone to trust!

the only CRIME here is that you haven't played Investi-Gator yet!
Investi-Gator is one of the lightest, freshest, and cutely written adventure games to come out in recent years. Each character is instantly memorable and lovable in their own unique ways, and the puzzles in the game are just hard enough that you don't feel like you're playing a game that's "under you" (as is the case with revisiting Humongous Entertainment games years later).
Very good! Fun lighthearted humor and very memorable characters. My favorite character is Insti-gator. Out of the crowdfunded things that I've given my money to, this one is my favorite. Easy and short, but full of charm. --- I encountered a softlock where Investi-gator got stuck on something while trying to walk over to an object that I clicked on, but it only happened once.
A charming, cute, and very funny point and click adventure game similar to the old Humongous Entertainment games. Made me laugh out loud several times. Perfectly suited for kids with characters they're sure to love. Give this one a shot if you're jonesing for a short but sweet little adventure game that's easy to play through but big on making sure you're entertained throughout.
I've followed this game(s) development all through the first one launching on itch, and eagerly awaited the second and third to arrive! A charming take on the classic bumbling adventure game a-la Spyfox or Pajama Sam. Absolutely love it!
The game is amazing and very funny! I've beaten it today! A few bugs I want to mention is, when you skip through the cut scenes too fast, the scene doesn't continue but it's stuck and unable to continue. [SPOILERS] Don't read this if you don't want to be spoiled. In the court scene where they are mentioning the "crimes" done, if you pick insti-gator in the first pick and skip through the dialog, you get a stuck camera angle and are able to walk around the court but can only travel through what you can see in the stuck camera angle. lastly: when I picked one of the scenes, It continued as if I was heading to the scene but it made it where investi-gator was in the title screen and I was able to walk around the title screen. (I have screenshots of these if you need them.)
Short and sweet, super funny and silly, loved it from start to finish!
This game is brilliantly hilarious and delightful. Do you like goofs? Do you like crimes? Do you like mysterious elves? You'll enjoy the heck out of this. It's an excellent way to spend a few hours. Do yourself a favor and pick this up, especially for the price.
Just loved it. Sequel, sequel, sequel, I am waiting for you!! :-)
Are you a fan of Humongous Entertainment-style adventure games? Do you long for the days of Freddi Fish, Spy Fox, Putt-Putt and Pajama Sam? Well then, Investi-Gator's your guy! Er, gator. Investi-Gator: The Case of the Big Crime is broken down into three parts. You play as the titular reptile, looking for clues and talking to suspects in order to solve the Big Crime. Unfortunately, you're not the best at this. But it's okay, you try, and in this game, that goes a long, long way. On your journey you'll meet new and clever characters, end up in precarious situations, go on trial, and possibly even find Metal Gear. (I might be joking with this one. I might not. You'll have to play for yourself!) Gameplay is fun and intuitive, dialog is fun, funny, and appropriate for all ages. It's one of the most endearing games I've played in a long time, and I'm super glad to have had that opportunity.
