ITR2 is a very good and fun VR game, but as someone who loved and played a lot of ITR1, the story and NPCs in the game are just annoying to interact with. I think also with the first 2 zones are just feel very linear and boring, granted I haven't reached the Pechorsk Outskirts which I am very excited for because it looks great and reminds me in some areas of ITR1 and the urban setting i've seen in screenshots during the beta (My PC sadly at the time could not run the Outskirts so I never was able to try.) The first area is a nice way to introduce the player but considering right now there is only 3 zones to explore (I haven't finished the main story I'm assuming) just feels really boring to go through compared to the first zone in ITR1. The second zone has great areas to explore but just doesn't feel as immersive in my opinion. Also the supervisor yapping and the guide just take me out of the game. Katya from ITR1 was a amazing NPC to interact with every time compared to both of them just yapping at times when accepting missions or passing through zones. The lore drop from Katya just felt more natural as you explored more instead of just having the nearly same areas for conversations. But there are a lot of amazing things about the game, visuals are stunning, weapons feel great to use and manage, plus sounds great. Glad they added co-op, just need a friend to get into the game lol, enemies are great, just don't like the shadow fragment, (skill issue tbh can sometimes not tell when they are dead,) granted there are annoying bugs and I'm not a huge fan of some of the anomalies; I still highly recommend this game to anyone, both new to ITR or have played the first one before. I still can't wait to see what CM does in the future with ITR franchise. Edit: I finally did do the Pechorsk Outskirts, amazing map, been a blast exploring, still need a few more story missions tho to fully complete the game

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Интересно когда они уже добавят русскую локализацию в игру?
peak
I'm mildly disappointed with the 1.0 release, the gun play kit management and scrounging are way better compared to the beta but why does the story have marvel writing? why do I have to traverse a maze unable to use my map or see my stats just to go from location to location? I understand trying to make the game longer but the in-between shouldn't have been a no respawn zone where I'm handicapped. I also feel that the additional anomalies were unneeded, now the maps feel cramped with little room to move.
A fantastic game held back by mediocre performance (Specifically in sector 3 and a bit in sector 2) and bugs that you will 100% run into due to how prevalent a select few of them are. Seriously if you can hit the 10 hour mark without running into an invisible collision or without a cabinet you opened spazing out then consider yourself lucky since this game has a bit of jank to it. Still giving a good review however since I can get over a bit of jank if the core of the game is good and I promise you this game is hella impressive. Definitely a prime example of where vr games should be in current year. The fire fights in this game are GOOD! the ai at least acts smart and every fight you get into feels tense. Also as far as the plot goes It's been fine so far, wouldn't really play it for the plot personally But what we have is very fluid and I appreciate some of the world building it provides. Unlike in the first game I now have more of an idea of where I am and why I am here.
best vr game to ever come out, also said this about the first one. Wins the award for most improved from beta stages
Second fav vr game <3
I bought a whole new gaming PC a year ago just to be able to play this game, and while I feel like it may have left early access a little too early, the devs have been doing an amazing job listening to community feedback, and pushing out patches and hotfixes. The normal base game difficulty is still very hard, but they give you so many difficulty options, including increasing the amount of loot, and the rewards for missions so don't let that deter you from jumping in. Warts and all, this is my favorite VR game to date, I cannot stop playing it. I'm really excited to see where the devs take this, and cannot wait for 4 player coop. This is among a handful of VR games I'd recommend even at full price. I would recommend this game even at $60.
