This is honestly the only VR game I still genuinely enjoy playing. I originally bought it right when it launched and only played for about an hour before putting it down and letting it sit in my library for a while. But when I saw the patch notes for version 1.1, I figured it was time to redownload it and give it another shot. Man, am I glad I did. The game feels so much better now. The physics feel tighter, the optimization is night and day, and there is way more content than I ever expected. The gameplay loop is incredibly addictive now. I absolutely loved the first game in the series, and seeing how much care has been put into this sequel makes me so happy. I really hope the future updates keep rolling in—and who knows, maybe we'll even get a third game someday! Huge thanks to the devs for not giving up on this and delivering an amazing experience. Keep up the incredible work! :3

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The tutorial was bugged in so many different ways that it prevented me from continuing. I had to restart the game or load a save multiple times. I eventually said enough was enough when no matter how hard I tried I couldn't take the chest rig off to put the holster on it. If I am having to search guides trying to finish the tutorial, this game is not worth playing. Such a disappointment since the first game was quite interesting, and this one has co-op. One of my friends actually bought it and we intended to play through coop together. However he had graphical bugs that prevented him from even getting to the main menu, and even though I was able to actually get into the game, there were game breaking bugs that softlocked me in the *tutorial*. What a disappointment. I'm refunding.
it good
ребята вы же русские, когда добавите русский язык? игра великолепна. особенно в коопе. очень атмосферно. надеюсь будут какие-то длц с сюжетными историями.
I'm not exactly sure if it's just me but, it feels as if the enemies are much stupider compared to the first game. I was playing the fifth story mission in which you enter a large building with several enemies within through a door anomaly. For some reason despite using a shotgun, enemies sitting in the next room over won't notice the LOUD gun shot and come investigate. It makes the tense atmosphere you're currently in a lot less immersive since the enemies are so stupid they can't guess to check out the loud noise that sounds like a gunshot. Despite all of this the game is genuinely pretty great. All of the new features really help with allowing for you to customize your weapons and armor.
This game has stuff going for it but it needs to fix the performance issues not being able to finish the game due to issues not on our side is not a finished game come on man
私の中でVR史上最高のゲーム 本当にありがとうございました アプデが来る度に最初からやり直します👍
Just finished the game solo. Absolutely AMAZING! The customize system is incredibly good, and tons of QOL makes itr2 a masterpiece but with one huge problem. This game doesn't feel like a ITR game, its kind like losing the very essence of original ITR. Gameplay is great but the whole atmosphere is ... weird...I'd like to say. Lets consider ITR as an movie. In ITR, we are exactly the movie protagonist, because there is no actually people around. The white girl is more like just one of those strange statues. All we have is a mission terminal and a train, lifeless and empty. We don't who we are, where we are or where to go, and no one to talk, so we have no choice but to explore. Because we can't make any interaction with anyone, so if there is an real actor as the explorer, he will still just exploring the radius like we did. So we were wandering in the empty world inside the radius, tried to find something meaningful, and this is what made us explorers. What we found were just notes and voice echoes, some remain of people once existed. We were all alone from the beginning to the end, which made up the lonely depressing empty atmosphere of ITR, and I absolutely like it. And for ITR2, its a completely different story. I understand devs want to make ITR2 different than ITR, and trying new storytelling style is fine, but the problem is... There are actually people around, guide and supervisor, AND WE CANNOT INTERACT WITH THEM, WHICH COMPLETELY BROKE THE IMMERSION! If ITR2 is a movie, the explorer will 100% doing some talking with the guide, and throw tons of questions to the supervisor. Because there two are real people, they can actually talk and respond! But as a player we cannot do any of those. The guide is our buddy, but we cannot even interact with him except hold his hand when moving across the maps, and we cannot send messages to the supervisor. Unable to interact will directly throw us out of immersion, remind us that they are just scripted NPCs every time we see them. Or in STALKER not ITR2, we can TALK to every friendly NPC, which is to some degree more immersive than ITR2! And on top of that, we can only find really few notes in ITR2, which made the world so empty in the bad direction. Guess we should be able to find some notes or voice echoes every time we break a explorer statue, which is different from ITR, and will enhance the atmosphere of ITR2. I like ITR2 so much for its gameplay, but yeah maybe the atmosphere need some improvement.
Honestly I loved the first game, and the upgrade to certain aspects are good! However, the mimic and difficulty progression really sucks with this game. One second you are getting your double barreled shotgun and opening up the next part of the zone, next second you are are fighting an army of mimics with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 9x18 and a double barrel. If you are going to send guys with rifles and swarms of shotgun mimics that can snipe me from the next county zipcode, atleast give me something to help fend them off. I was playing before the full release, and I kind of like the pre-full release game a bit more, the story is okay, its neat has a lil gimmick going on but it alone isn't enough to hold up the gameplay itself. I also miss the usable artifacts from the first game, give us something we can use, give us a reason to go after artifacts beyond just selling them.
So i bought this game the second i was able to, i started at the very beginning and watched it flourish into what it is now. i started at the very first game playing that one through its last bits of updates it ever had. i originally bought this game to play with my friends who also had a very similar love for the game. the online is still janky plus 2 extra people so expect some things here and there falling a bit flat. but i really found the single player experience the best. i've since played through the story like 7 or 8 times from when this game didn't have any story to post EA and each time found the experience still fun especially with the whole gun-building aspect. The TLDR; if you wanna play good game for the single player, this is the game. if you wanna play it and enjoy the multiplayer along with it, its still a good game for that just expect trying to find work arounds for simple issues that get fixed with patches that frequently come out. if you're here for a 100% working multiplayer game and only that, give it some time to cook. get it when its on sale if that's the case, its still a working game you can play.
