Into the Dungeon

Into the Dungeon is a rogue-like that transforms the genre with it's innovative multiplayer gameplay. This is a rogue-like deck builder inspired by the likes of Slay the Spire. Most of your time is spent drawing cards to survive and fight against creatures within the dungeon but with the super important catch of being able to do all of this in Multiplayer And it's not just multiplayer tacked onto a rogue-like experience. Each of the 4 classes you can choose from have their own unique cards and abilities. And this also includes the cards that can help and benefit other players in it's coop multiplayer. All players act together on the same turn so pace of play is fun and exciting, enemies indicate who they are going to attack, most of your cards that apply positive effects can be applied to any ally, rewards are unique at the end of each round so nobody misses out on loot or items as well as monsters and creatures scale to the amount of players in the game each time. One of my favourite aspects of this game is that while Multiplayer is by far the best part of the game, you can still experience everything it has to offer from a single player experience. No matter how you choose to play Into the Dungeon you won't miss out.

some cards don't work as they are described, some cards cant use at all, no updates in the past half year, i think this is now a dead game, but it had potential

devs that quickly patch / QOL changes through community request. good fun game that will only get better

My first deck builder style game! Runs super smoothly for being early access, dev clearly put a lot of thought into making it a fun, easy to pick up game. Art style is simple and easy to follow, can't wait to start exploring the co-op aspects of the game. Definitely buy this whether you're new to deck builders or have played lots in the past.

Incredible game. As others have mentioned, needs to be played with friends. In the current state, solo play isn't ideal. Hope to see some sort of balancing to accommodate.

This game is fun to play with friends but this new boss they added.... way to strong, it's impossible to beat him, other then that though very fun

I have been playing this game for a few days now and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Something that I wasn't sure about before playing this game was how it would play solo vs. coop. The classes remain the same between the two modes but many of the cards change accordingly. The changes can leave the overall feel of a class similar but it's refreshing that coop isn't merely solo play plus friends and vice versa. If you enjoy deck builders and have friends (or not!) this game is worth checking out.
