I remember getting the game as a gift for christmas in 2007 from my aunt and along with it i got a bunch of marvel action figures and lego sets but i didnt care about those i just spent my holiday playing trucker and i was so into it that i took the box of the game and cut with scissors the truck models from the back of the cover and played with those paper trucks with my cousin on the floor. The game itself has a very unique depressing eastern european atmosphere kinda like half life 2 and it has polish techno in the soundtrack. Very interesting detal about the game.

Gra dzieciństwa, którą opierdalałem bez przerwy. Taki ciekawszy Euro Truck Simulator o polskim klimacie, gdzie szambowozem musisz zawozić teściową do mięsnego i wylewać gnojowice pod dom sąsiada. Może gra czasem wywala do pulpitu na nowszych windowsach ale daję propsy za bycie swojskim tworem. Każdy kto negatywnie grę oceniał musiał nie mieć z nią styczności w dzieciństwie, kupując lub dostając ją od kogoś w obecnych czasach na Steamie. Moja mama mi kupiła tą grę w kiosku gdy miałem koło 5-6 lat i do dziś mi gra nie zbrzydła w oczach. Dolewam wybielacza do płatków śniadaniowych każdemu hejterowi Truckera. PS: Nitrem na jedynce jedzie się 10 razy szybciej niż na wyższych biegach i wciskając R w odpowiednim momencie na misjach przejezdnych z punktu A do B można przetepać się 500 metrów do przodu i wyjebać poza mapę.

not bad my childhood game i still have disc but game is easy

AVOID THIS GAME AND DEV AT ALL COSTS! This is the first Steam game that I wholeheartedly think should be removed from Steam and the publisher banished to the forgotten realms of the dustbin! My experience: Steam's PLAY button on the badge page actually starts a Windows install and can create a desktop shortcut. Exiting the game (a real trial) and clicking PLAY again repeats the install process so Steam's PLAY button for this game DOES NOT WORK! Game only plays in fullscreen. My attempts to get it into a window (ALT + ENTER) failed. My attempts to minimize the game worked on the first playthrough using the WIN key (I think that's what I used). But once minimized, there is no way to bring the game back up... just end and restart... again. But ending the game once it is minimized is a frustrating process. Second and succeeding starts locked my PC with a white screen and the only way to end the game was by using Task Manager to do a LOG OFF user and then cancel the LOG OFF as soon as possible so the least number of remaining applications were cancelled. Although I received all 3 trading cards for "12 minutes of Steam play time", the time spent fiddling with the game trying to get it to work (and then end) was over an hour. And after all that, I will probably assign the trading cards to the dev's dustbin along with game because I don't want to support this dev in any way! UPDATE: Looks like dev didn't like my review because 2 of the 3 trading cards are MIA!
