Im really enjoying this game so far. Difficulty is just as hard as one would expect it to be in a game like this. The game also increases difficulty not by stat increase, but smart level design that really make you think sometimes, with each of them taking me 30-60 minutes (minus the first tutorial one). I saw from achievements that there are at least 18 levels so Im really looking forward to playing them ^ ^ The soundtrack is really pleasant to listen too, someone did one heck of a good job with it! Overall 9/10 Just the kind of game I love
too difficult at the end tbh leadearboards take time to count my score so I need to wait a little before closing level score screen Apart from that, the gunplay actually has weight to it. shots feel punchy, enemies react to where you hit em, and the feedback is satisfying af
The game takes an extremely long time to load on the Steam Deck—so long that it feels like it’s frozen. Because of that, I ended up refunding it.
The game is awesome, the enemies are smart and know how to act against you. The game is difficult but manageable, not an artificial difficulty. The point system reminded me a lot of Ultrakill. If I were to describe this game to someone, it would be 'Ultrakill 2D,' but of course it has its own identity with systems like syringes, for example. However, nothing is perfect; a big example is the great difficulty in earning money in the game to buy weapons and upgrades, besides the soundtrack not being very memorable. Another thing that bothers me is that it's very easy for me to simply reach the end of the level without killing any enemies since the dash mechanic stuns them. But aside from that, it is a good game. 7.5/10.
The world has already collapsed into madness. Civilization no longer exists as cities rot beneath endless violence and blood-soaked ruins. What remains is a nightmare fueled by pain, insanity, and chemical corruption. You awaken after being injected with a powerful psychoactive substance that tears apart both mind and body, leaving reality distorted and unstable. Every heartbeat feels wrong. Every shadow seems alive. Your body is deteriorating, your senses are unreliable, and survival has become the only thing that matters. There are no heroes left in this broken world, only predators and victims struggling through endless carnage. The game throws players directly into a brutal fight for survival where hesitation guarantees death. Combat is savage, aggressive, and merciless, forcing players to move constantly while tearing through waves of enemies determined to rip them apart. Every corridor becomes a slaughterhouse filled with blood, explosions, and screaming violence as enemies swarm from every direction without warning. There is no room for caution or sympathy in this nightmare. The only rule is simple: kill before you are killed. Every battle feels desperate because survival itself is temporary. Death comes quickly and often, turning each encounter into a tense struggle against overwhelming odds. A single mistake can instantly end a run, whether through reckless movement, poor timing, or simply underestimating the horrors lurking ahead. However, failure is not meaningless. Every death teaches something valuable, forcing players to improve their reflexes, weapon management, and understanding of enemy behavior. Progress is earned through persistence and brutal repetition as players slowly adapt to the game’s unforgiving pace. Weapons become the difference between survival and complete annihilation. Players must scavenge and master a growing arsenal of deadly tools capable of turning entire rooms into massacres. Improvised firearms, devastating shotguns, brutal close-range weapons, and experimental killing devices all become essential in the constant fight against overwhelming enemy forces. Every weapon carries its own weight and tactical purpose, encouraging players to adapt quickly depending on the situation. Ammunition is precious, every shot matters, and sometimes the last remaining bullet may be the only thing standing between life and death. The world itself feels unstable and hostile, filled with grotesque enemies and twisted environments that reflect the protagonist’s deteriorating condition. Hallucinations blur the line between reality and madness as violent imagery and disturbing landscapes create a constant feeling of psychological collapse. The deeper players descend into this ruined world, the more surreal and horrifying the experience becomes. Every new environment introduces fresh dangers, forcing players to confront increasingly brutal enemies while questioning whether anything they see can still be trusted. Speed and adrenaline become essential survival tools. The protagonist’s body is slowly shutting down under the effects of the drug coursing through their system, creating a constant sense of urgency throughout the game. Players cannot afford to slow down because every second wasted brings them closer to death. Combat rewards aggression, movement, and quick reactions as players dash through chaos while narrowly escaping impossible situations. The game thrives on overwhelming pressure, creating moments where instinct and reflexes matter more than careful planning. The injection system adds another layer of tension and strategy to the experience. Throughout the game, players discover different chemical injections capable of temporarily enhancing physical abilities or restoring damaged health. Some injections increase movement speed and agility, allowing players to survive impossible firefights, while others provide desperately needed recovery during critical moments. These substances feel both empowering and dangerous, reinforcing the game’s themes of bodily decay and chemical dependence. Every injection becomes a gamble between survival and further instability. Beyond the main campaign, the game encourages players to embrace creativity through a fully featured custom level editor. Instead of limiting the bloodshed to developer-created stages, players can design their own brutal deathtraps filled with enemies, hazards, and carefully crafted chaos. The editor allows for experimentation with level layouts, combat encounters, and atmosphere, giving the community opportunities to create increasingly difficult or imaginative experiences. Custom music support and sharing features further expand the replay value, ensuring that the violence never truly ends. The overall atmosphere is oppressive, chaotic, and relentlessly violent. Every visual element, sound effect, and combat sequence reinforces the feeling of existing inside a collapsing nightmare fueled by drugs and bloodshed. Loud weapons, distorted environments, and nonstop enemy pressure combine to create an experience that feels exhausting but intensely addictive. The game does not attempt subtlety or restraint. Instead, it embraces excess and pushes players through a constant storm of gore, panic, and adrenaline-fueled survival. At its core, the experience is about endurance against impossible odds. It captures the brutal satisfaction of overcoming overwhelming challenges while constantly reminding players how fragile survival truly is. Every victory feels earned through pain, persistence, and adaptation. The world may be dying, the body may be failing, and sanity may already be gone, but the fight continues anyway. In this nightmare, survival itself becomes the final act of resistance against complete annihilation. Rating: 6/10
damn that's a tuff game plotline is kinda here but you know it's not that important I just like the way it feels (i like killing people) difficult but pleasant
нет нормального обучения и легкой сложности, а статистика 1 уровня вообще не засчитывается
