Simple action game that’s fun to play despite basic art. The game takes you through six different worlds. First three worlds contains twelve and other three only six stages. All must be completed within a world in order to progress to the next one. Because the path is strictly linear, you cannot choose where to go. This is important since you get new skills at certain stages. Because these are largely traversal abilities utilized in platforming, providing you the opportunity to choose stages may disrupt the game's natural progression. Since you get most skills such as all jumping, climbing up the wall and dash in the first world, the other five don’t bring anything new except different environment. Every stage plays the same way. You are a soldier who needs to get to the exit door. All sorts of monsters and traps stand in his way, making things more difficult. While enemies can be defeated fast, traps require some platforming talents. Each world raises the challenge of adversaries as well as platforming. Sometimes you will be asked to locate a key in order to open a barrier. You won't have to look for it because stages are linear. It's often close by. If you want to get the highest score and all three stars, you must collect gems and finish the stage as quickly as possible. However, because this offers no reward, you don’t have to waste your health on grabbing them. Platforming is what makes the game hard. Enemies are just a nuisance that can be easily removed with your gun that has unlimited ammo. You can even take three hits before you die. But traps are another matter entirely because you’re dead if you touch them even once. It gets easier when you get comfortable with the different moves. One criticism is that enemies don't change. You're shooting the same furry balls and flying bugs in almost every stage. Some get a new color and more health, but it's still the same enemy. The game also runs out of ideas in the second part. Only six stages per world is something, but they are very easy.
