Warning: Asset Flip!
Infected Swarm is an asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", Bell Studio, took a template from Unity, slapped a couple of asset flipped sprites on it, and dumped the results onto Steam as a cash grab scam. Bell Studio has shown a repeated pattern of ripping off Unity templates and dumping them on Steam. Don't believe me? Here's some other asset flips from exactly the same template, all shamelessly dumped on Steam as nasty cash grabs:

"Unknown Signal: Invasion", copy + pasted from the same template by Bell Studio
"Unknown Signal", copy + pasted from the same template by Bell Studio
"Station Osirius", copy + pasted from the same template by Bell Studio
"Robots - Invaders", copy + pasted from the same template by Bell Studio
"VIRUS 91", copy + pasted from the same template by Bell Studio
Look for yourself... these are all exactly the same game! It's just stolen assets dumped on the Unity FPS Microgame tutorial asset pack. Seriously, this guy is trying to scam you out of money for a Unity tutorial. This unethical behaviour should be no surprise, as Bell Studio are known asset flippers who've previously taken the work of real developers, changed the name and put their own name on it, so they can sell it on Steam and try to scam gamers and get paid for someone else's work. Take a look at this:

"Book of Shadows" = Polygon Western - Low Poly 3D Art Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Deadly Threat" = POLYGON Dungeons - Low Poly 3D Art by Synty developed by Synty Studios
"Driver Night Trip" = POLYGON - Construction Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Fast Wings" = Sky Flight Full Game Template developed by Puppeteer
"Little Adventure" = AB1 - Fantasy Platformer bundle developed by Yoyogames
"Little Adventure 2" = AB1 - Fantasy Platformer bundle developed by Yoyogames
"Mighty Vikings" = Polygon Vikings Pack developed by Synty Games
"Play a game with me" = Synty Studios developed by Polygon Prototype Pack
"Traffic Racing" = Traffic Racing complete kit developed by Codeer Studio
"Fog Racing Circuit" = Pro Car Racing 2 developed by MilySource
It's worth noting this guy has over a dozen fake/shell accounts he uses to try hide his identity and further mislead gamers into buying these fake products with fake reviews. Here's some:

Bell Studio
BHPG
Daniel Li
Enoops
FadyGames
Hardi
Infinity Code
Johan Games
Joi Max
Jony Dev
Lieb
LocalJamStudio
Louie Inc
Mikki-Boi
Nikita Morti
TNT Studio
And we're sure he'll keep adding more shell accounts to continue to run these fake game scams. The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Infected Swarm" is just a set of stolen/plagiarized game assets dumped onto a basic Unity FPS game blueprint, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so this copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips are an insult to both PC gamers and to professional game developers who create genuine, high quality PC games. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have. They make it harder for gamers to find genuine games made by honest developers. To cement the position of this asset flip as nothing but a cash grab, it was dumped onto cheap DailyIndieGame shovelware bundles very shortly after launch. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from Bell Studio. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the game all-time peak player count was only ONE player. That's right, only one person ever played this at a time. When I played this for the purposes of reviewing it, I equalled the peak player count for the game. OUCH. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Because this is just a fake game/cash grab scam, and due to the sheer unethical nature of the developer, you should avoid this completely. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from Bell Studio.

Infected Swarm is a science-fiction survival shooter developed and published by Bell Studio that places players inside the doomed Omega research station, a facility that has fallen into chaos after being overrun by a deadly infestation. The game's premise is straightforward yet effective, casting players as one of the few remaining survivors struggling to stay alive while searching for a path out of the nightmare. Rather than focusing on a complex storyline, the game relies on atmosphere and constant danger to drive the experience, creating a setting where every corridor and room feels like a potential death trap. The strongest element of Infected Swarm is its commitment to delivering a simple and accessible first-person shooter experience. The gameplay revolves around exploring the station, confronting hostile creatures, and surviving repeated encounters against aggressive enemies that have transformed the once-functional facility into a battlefield. The action is easy to understand, making it approachable for players who prefer straightforward combat instead of layered progression systems or extensive customization options. The game's emphasis on survival ensures that tension remains present throughout much of the experience. The Omega station itself plays a major role in shaping the game's identity. The abandoned laboratories, industrial hallways, and isolated environments create a sense of unease that complements the survival-focused gameplay. The setting effectively communicates the scale of the disaster that has unfolded, and although the narrative remains relatively light, the environment helps tell the story of a scientific project gone terribly wrong. Exploring these locations gives players a constant reminder that they are trapped in a place where humanity has already lost control. Combat serves as the core of the experience, with players facing relentless swarms of scorpion-like monsters that attack with little mercy. Encounters are designed to keep players alert and moving, creating a gameplay loop centered on survival and resource management. While the enemy variety appears limited based on the available information, the constant pressure from hostile creatures succeeds in maintaining momentum. Fans of classic action-oriented shooters may appreciate the game's focus on immediate engagement rather than lengthy cutscenes or complex mechanics. One of the title's practical advantages is its modest technical scope. Infected Swarm does not demand powerful hardware, making it accessible to players using older or lower-end systems. This accessibility aligns well with the game's overall design philosophy, which prioritizes delivering a focused shooter experience without unnecessary complications. Players looking for a lightweight science-fiction action game may find this aspect particularly appealing. That said, the game's limited scale can also be viewed as one of its weaknesses. The core concept is familiar, and the gameplay appears to rely heavily on repeating combat encounters against similar threats. Players expecting deep storytelling, advanced progression systems, or a wide range of enemy types may find the experience lacking in variety. The game seems designed more as a compact survival shooter than an ambitious reinvention of the genre. Visually, Infected Swarm focuses on functionality and atmosphere rather than cutting-edge graphics. The environments effectively establish the mood of an abandoned research complex under siege, and the creature designs reinforce the sense of danger. While the presentation may not stand out compared to larger-budget releases, it supports the game's goals and remains consistent with its independent development scope. Overall, Infected Swarm delivers a straightforward science-fiction survival adventure that understands its strengths and limitations. It offers tense exploration, accessible first-person shooting, and a suitably eerie setting that captures the feeling of being trapped inside a collapsing research facility. Although its limited variety and modest production values prevent it from becoming a standout entry in the genre, it still provides an enjoyable experience for players seeking uncomplicated action and survival-focused gameplay. Those who appreciate old-school shooter sensibilities and atmospheric sci-fi settings will likely find enough here to keep them entertained. Rating: 5/10
I found the game very fun and laughed a lot while playing (LOL). I would recommend it to family and friends. I think the price to pay is bankrupt and accessible.
