This game gave me so many feelings. The lore is outstanding, you just have to play it,
my favorite game ever. perfect story, immaculate ending. i love these little characters. i cant think of one thing i didnt like about this game that wasnt because of something i did to affect my own experience. the timelooping didnt even really get annoying, and in my opinion, it just helped the story.

This game is special, in ways i can't describe. In the beginning i was thinking "wow, this is the wokest game in world, i love it." and if that doesn't appeal to you, that's on you. And it's still that, but my god is it so much more. This game is on par with oneshot for games that will never leave my soul, i feel guilty that i got it on sale.
There are plenty of time loop games but I promise there aren't any like this. Not only does it have a unique cast of characters, this is also the only one I've played where you feel all of the frustration that actually comes with repeating actions over and over. In a good way, and a bad way.
This game was such an incredible experience. The cast and dialogue will instantly charm you while you learn more about the surprisingly detailed and well thought-out world the game is set in. It does a great job at utilizing it's UI as another storytelling device, combined with the excellent QoL that still lets you enjoy the experience without removing the ever-growing frustration of timelooping. The best part of it all though, is the touching and brilliant story surrounding our insanely lovable MC (do NOT let siffrin's own self depracating inner dialogue lie to you they will tug at your heart so hard dude) as they try to uncover the reason for the timeloops and resolve their complicated past. The game also goes into a lot of topics and issues that I rarely ever see touched on, and does a very good job at these portrayals. If you like found family (!!!) and running from your problems, you'll definitely enjoy this as much as I did. Please mind the trigger warnings, though!
Played this game because my boyfriend insisted it was peak fiction Honestly, I kinda doubted him, surely this lil 2D time loop game couldn't be all that he's made it out to be I got through a bit of it, and halfway through I thought "huh, this game DOES have some neat details in it, I can see why he likes it, I suppose". At this point I still didn't know everything about the story, the pieces hadn't clicked yet, but soon they started doing so, and I liked the slow build-up as you find more clues to piece together. But then the ending... my GOD the ending. The game does SUCH a good job building up the tension, it's amazing, the dialog and cutscenes made me genuinely cry, it's so unbelievably good. The ending is also where I learned that this game changed my boyfriend's life for the better... and in a way, I suppose it indirectly changed mine as well. I wouldn't have met him if he hadn't played the game. TL;DR: Surprisingly fun game, incredible writing, amazing characters. This game gave me a boyfriend, so if you play the game you might get one too (not guaranteed) 5 trillion/10, play the game NOW!!!!!
