This one completely caught me off guard. I expected yet another Ubisoft map-checking simulator... you know, climb towers, clear icons, rinse and repeat. But instead I got one of the most creative and entertaining adventures they’ve made in years. Didn’t see that coming. The combat is fun - not too hard, not too easy - with plenty of abilities and enemy variety to keep it dynamic. Bosses are on the easy side, but still satisfying enough to make you feel like you’ve accomplished something. Where the game truly shines, though, is in its puzzles and exploration. Each one actually feels handcrafted (crazy, right?), mixing logic, physics, and curiosity in a way that never gets dull. The Tartarus vaults in particular are brilliant. Graphically, it’s not a technical powerhouse, but the cartoon art style works surprisingly well. It's colorful, full of personality, and refreshingly un-Ubisoft-like. Performance is excellent overall, aside from the occasional hiccup courtesy of their beloved launcher. The soundtrack is great, with a few standout tracks, and the lighthearted tone of the story gives it real charm. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, which is probably why it succeeds where so many of their “epic” games don’t. It’s been a long time since I’ve had this much fun with a Ubisoft game. Highly recommended.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 1: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Sorte d'Assassin's Creed édulcoré, saupoudré d'énigmes façon Breath of the Wild, Immortals Fenyx Rising est une production Ubisoft plaisante.
What a truly incredible, underappreciated hidden gem! Fantastic Assassins's Creed like game taking place in the beloved mythological Greek setting MY PERSONAL SCORE: 9/10 + The game looks and feels stunning and it runs beautifully smooth + Incredible setting with beautiful art direction and level design + Vast open world + Insane amount of content and challenges + Great combat + Humorous storytelling and overall funny characters + Great inventory and weapon design. A lot to unlock and to buy via shop In a nutshell, one could say it is a comical or Anime version of Assassins's Creed Odyssey. This game could be easily be a 10/10, if it weren't for these factors: - The amount of puzzles is overwhelming - The frustration can grow immensely - A few pointers and some cues on how to get a certain puzzles going is missing - I stop counting on how often I had to look up for a guide on Youtube because I had zero clue where to start or what to do on some quests and puzzles. Unsurprisingly, I found a lot people in the comments section struggling as well. - Sometimes it is a pain to reach some locations located at very high vintage points and you'll spend a lot time CLIMBING like a mountain climber In my personal view, it may have been the overwhelming puzzles that prevented the game to be more popular and bigger. However, don't let that deter you in any way. This game has a ridiculous amount of content. Almost no to minimal glitches and bugs. It is afterall, a quality game with very challenging puzzles. If you're an AC fan like me, give it a try. You will love and hate it at same time. I'm very grateful that I found this wonderful game. MUST TRY!
In general Fenyx is not that bad. Levels look pretty, overall design is good, the progression system is ok-ish (well, it's typical to games of this genre), but I cannot say that the game is good. 1. It is simply BORING. There are big pretty locations, but absolutely no motivation to explore them. I mean, yeah, there are chest, riddles, etc there, but most of these places exist just for the sake of putting a chest there. And there are way too many of these (chest and riddles) which exist just to justify endless grind. And after 1-2 hours of gameplay it becomes super boring and useless to explore and grind the chests. 2. The plot, dialogues and everything are SUPER CHILDISH. Grinding the materials would worth it if the plot was good and you'd want to know more. But everything is made for like 7 y.o. kids. And that's quite strange considering that visiting Steam page requires you to confirm your age. 3. Battle system is a simplified slasher. That's kinda a big portion of the game and it is very boring. 4. And a separate not about cosmetics shop where items are sold for the real money. In a game which you already bought. This ♥♥♥♥ shall be banished from game community, and people who intergrate such kind of ♥♥♥♥ shall be shamed by others.
"Can we get Breath of the Wild?" "We have Breath of the Wild at home." Breath of the Wild at home:
An underrated open-world adventure
I give Ubisoft a lot of crap, but from time to time they really can make a great game. The open world is beautiful, and i found myself frequently diverging from the main story quest to do some exploring. When coupled with the charming music and ambience, the hours exploring just flew by. The combat is fairly mid though. It starts out pretty good, and the first few hours, unlocking new abilities keeps the interest going, but by around the 10 hour point, i found the combat increasingly repetitive. What kept my interest in the game was the story and the characters. It's rare to find a Western-made game these days that doesn't have cringey characters and dialogue, but this one seems to hold itself to higher standards. It's nothing too deep, its mostly cheeky humour and light-hearted plots, but i still found it all quite charming and with an ending that stuck with me. The voice acting was also S tier all around. One last praise i have, is for the puzzles. I have played many games in the past where i found myself googling the solutions, but here i never felt the need. They are a perfect balance of challenging and rewarding. A rare win from Ubisoft. But of course they then have to follow that up with an L by canceling the sequel. That aside, i still highly recommend, and if you're able to pick this up on a sale its a massive bargain considering the content you get. ⠀
As a lone survivor, you wash up on the Golden Isle after a shipwreck. The land is cursed. The Titan Typhon made sure everyone turned to stone. As a simple soldier of the Delian League, you never expected to be a hero. But with the gods weakened and their powers lost, you take on the task to save them, defeat Typhon, and break the curse. Immortals Fenyx Rising is a beautiful game. It’s 10% exploration, 45% puzzles, and 45% combat — all packed into a charming and very funny story, told by Prometheus and Zeus while you play. The two constantly comment on your adventure with humor and sarcasm, making the game feel like a myth being told aloud. While the plot is simple, it’s delivered with heart, jokes, and light drama. Characters are fun and likable, with gods like Hermes, Aphrodite, Ares, and Hephaestus adding personality and lots of humor. Puzzles in Immortals Fenyx Rising are primarily found in Vaults of Tartaros and scattered across the open world. Early puzzles focus on basic mechanics like pressure plates and timed switches, but they evolve to combine physics, logic, and newly acquired abilities. Although I am not a big fan of puzzles, I enjoyed most of them far more than expected. Puzzle design is very smart, and it’s astonishing how many different types of puzzles the developers came up with using so few mechanics. At the beginning of the game, combat is a little difficult and slow. It takes a couple of hours to collect new weapons, gear, and godly blessings, adding special moves and abilities, to turn combat into a fast, fluid, and fun experience. Fighting feels responsive and becomes more exciting as you unlock new abilities. Smooth combos with sword, axe, and bow, as well as parry and dodge mechanics, turn combat into a lot of fun. When I first heard of Immortals Fenyx Rising and watched the trailer, I thought this game was for kids. Boy was I wrong. Immortals Fenyx Rising is no child’s game, although kids might enjoy it too. For some reason, this game is highly underrated. In my opinion, this is one of the best Ubisoft games I’ve played, and I’ve played most of them. Perhaps the game's many puzzles put people off. But even someone like me, who doesn’t particularly like puzzles, enjoyed the puzzles in this game for the most part. It’s a lot of fun. I highly recommend this game.
Pros
- Beautiful graphics - Vibrant, colorful art style - Engaging, lighthearted story - Great humor - Perfect voice acting from all characters - Lots of fun to fly - Very satisfying combat - Very smart puzzle design - Rewarding exploration - Diverse, open-world environments (night and day cycles in different climate zones) - You can swim (and dive) - Addictive - Great soundtrack - Charming character animations
Cons
- Limited enemy variety - Pretty odd title for a game
Game is great fun, but ubisoft connect is utter garbage. Constant notifications popping up even though I have EVERYTHING turned off on it. You can't play the game without ubisoft connect running. It really ruins immersion when you're getting bombarded with ubisoft connect covering the lower 1/8 of your screen constantly. You can turn off the in game overlay, but it doesn't care and still pops up. Controls are also pretty bad for M+KB. They don't have to be, but ubisoft doesn't care so they don't let your remap fully.
I've played this game for MUCH more than 48hrs.. I have this also on XBOX and it is one of my favorite games. I haven't played anything on my PC in over 6yrs. because I am an amputee and it has been to painful for me to sit at my desk for long sessions to play. Just recently I decided to give it another go. I can't sit for more the 6hrs at my desk to play but that's ALOT more than I was able to do before. I have 6 profiles on XBOX and 3 profiles on Nintendo switch that I play this game on. That's how much I like it. So yea, I would highly recommend this game. :)
