Roughly 56 hours of active play to finish game. Last two achievements for distance traveled need a bit more time to grind out with idle play and max movement speed. Some of the rewards feel a bit unbalanced still but don't actively hold you back. For example Reactor repair doesn't give good Augment points in relation to Spires and the relative amount of work/time required to repair them. There is also a mid-late game unlock that gives passive Augment points that feels weak in comparison to not only repairs but the superior option: tasks. Power options are varied for early/mid game but there is a clear superior choice come late game given how amplifiers work and the amount of connection points on power generators. Game is still lacking a few QoL features but dev has been super responsive addressing bugs and has already stated there are QoL features in the works including filtering material storage.

Very entertaining incremental game! Scratches an itch I've had for a while. The item layouts are cool to experiment with and the core concepts are pretty fun. I agree with some of the criticisms around progression in the game and I haven't found the traders/prestige system make me feel like I'm making meaningful progress. I look forward to some adjustments in future releases. Great start though! Cheap price and good number of hours of fun. Would recommend!
Maybe it's just me, but I enjoy it. Seeing how far I can get before I'm forced to Augment. At 8 hours on this run (my uptime says 8:33, but Steam says 6.9), I can see 1000 meters, I have 5.5% of the map explored, and I've traveled 139.799km with Level 11 mobility. All these people whining about 5 hours this and that. Make your own fun. I'll get around to the augment system eventually. At this point though, I'm not being forced into it, so I'm not doing it just yet. I saw the Tasks at the Outpost were locked to Augments, so maybe that's where these memory drives/rations go? We shall see in time! :D
I am on hour 11 and still can't wait to play more of this game, that's got to mean this game is doing something right.
I'm just don't understand why so much negative reviews
5$ game with at least 5 hours of play if you play actively, if you play it as an incremental it will last you even longer. scratches those late 90's games itch. totally worth. 9/10
Fun game, sick art style.
so fun exponential growth + map exploration game so satisfying to build a machine out of simple parts
worth it
