Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 23.71/day in the week to Aug 30 → 56.14/day in the week after.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

well made game, immersive, you progress by exploring, building, hunting. Expansions feel too expensive unless on offer, very nice time sink!
If you want a second job of tracking and grinding resources, then this is the game for you. The physics and terrain engines allow things to be hidden right under the 'top' of the terrain mesh—items, trees, wood, and animal corpses randomly disappear beneath the ground where you can't reach or find them. On top of that, the logical order in the tech tree doesn't actually match what you can make. They just kind of stuck things wherever it fits, so you end up needing item 7 on Tier 4 just to make item 3. Automated machinery and high-tier tech don't actually eliminate the tedious multi-step crafting loops either; they just demand rarer resources to build machines that still force you to micromanage manual ingredient ratios. Even firearms are incredibly grinding to make—one single bullet takes multiple iron bars, and the casings aren't even reusable, making you wonder why you should bother. Stringing power lines is horrible. The game doesn't explain anything, forcing you to use the R view to ensure lines are blue and correctly connected. Snapping is awkward, and utility poles can't even be placed more than a single grid space apart, wasting endless trees just trying to connect a single thing. Oh, and items, deployables, and workstations just randomly disappear for no reason. I went to go mine something in a cave, came back, and my skinning bench was just gone. No bundle items left behind, no idea why. Nothing around it was damaged, so... After yet another cabinet randomly disappeared, I uninstalled it. That's four things randomly disappearing while out doing other activities, with no bundle left behind with the contents, and nothing. TODAY, in less than 3 hours. There is no reason for it to disappear—nothing was attacking, the structure was undamaged, and nothing makes sense other than a major bug in the game. Uninstalled, I am done.
With the hours I have played, I obviously would recommend this to anyone who plays survival games. The building system is nice, weather effects are good, you can automate mining, mounts are good. Downside - starting a new world is a whole lot of work, although you can buy a bunch of equipment, and send mounts to space, you can't ship useful resources or equipment to space. I did buy it on special - so for $5 its been great. Also bought a couple of the expansions - including pets.
Имбовая залипаловка с кентами!
Survival, crafting, multiplayer, etc
Don't be intimidated by the amount of DLCs ICARUS has. I have bought the base game during a sale for four bucks and it's the best value on the market right now. I have reached 40 hours yet there's so much more to do, build, upgrade and explore. Definitely recommend!
Only buy this game if you are prepared to scream and cry constantly for the first five hours of game time. Be prapared to spawn into the game and INSTANTLY get killed by random creatures that are waiting for you in the area where your pod touches down, before you can create even the most basic weapons. Be prepared to be swamped by wolves, bears, boars and angry birds AT THE SAME TIME by the time you have crafted your first stone axe. Be prepared for your items to have zero reliability ... you can use your stone knives twice before they break, for instance. Twice. Most of the time, you can't get through an actual fight using even a brand new one, before it breaks. This is a very, -very- bad game. By far the worst purchase I've made in the last 13 months, only surpassed in the last three or four years, by Dune: Awakening with it's flying sandworms and random insta-deaths without explanation and disappearing gear and frankly, I think the ONLY REASON why this isn't worse yet, is because I've only just gotten it, whereas I was a big enough idiot to sink 450 hours into Dune. Don't waste your money. if they GAVE this game away for free, I would not recommend it.
