A very large part of me wishes I had never replayed this, the optimal way to play ib is to play the vgperson version for free at 13 years old. That being said, I can appreciate ib for what it is, the grandfather of indie RPG horror, but for the game itself, well. The game is subtle, it's simple, it's sweet. It's beautiful, it's nice. But that's all about it, the plot isn't particularly groundbreaking, the puzzles are simple, yet it does break my heart to write literally anything negative about this game because it's Ib. Ib is foundationally core to my life, it got me into the indie space and it made me start to explore games that people weren't necessarily talking about, I've enjoyed all of vgperson's lineup and I'm happy to just throw £10 at kouri dev. I enjoy Ib more for what it represents than what it is, but I hate to say this, if you've never played Ib, tragically there's better things for you to play that are a similar length. It's tragic because as both a game and an artpiece, I enjoy Yume Nikki more, while Nikki has seniority over Ib, Ib is the game that hit me at the right time in my life. That being said, it's a fine 2 hour experience but I have no drive to grind out the achievement.

Gioco stupendo con un'atmosfera inquietante ma che trovo allo stesso tempo affascinante, idem la soundtrack, l’ho trovato molto simile a Yume Nikki. È l'unico gioco che è riuscito a farmi amare gli enigmi (che di norma odio), e che mi ha fatta riscoprire il mio amore per questo genere di giochi. Unico difetto, il gioco finisce.
Nostalgic masterpiece
I've been playing this game since 2012, I've discovered it thanks to the wondeful fanarts about it and even to this day I still go back to it. Ib is the story of a little girl that get stuck into a warped art museum during and exhibition and has to find a way to get out, accompanied by a man named Garry and another girl called Mary. Unfortuantely navigating the horrors of the warped gallery won't be easy and someone might have to pay a high price. It's short, very atmospheric with simple story that really manages to take you for a ride. There are some morbid moments in this game that will manage to stay with you for a hell of a long time after playing it. And while a playthough might only take an hour or so, the game as a ton of secrets and hidden endings. So don't hesistate and prepare to get lost with Ib into the horrific world of Guertena

麻雀虽小五脏俱全的日恐rpg。美术馆全作品收集一般也只需要8，9小时左右，单周目流程不长，本重制版相较于原版也削弱了恐怖性与解谜难度，画面也并不差，很推荐游玩 “欢迎来到格鲁特纳的世界”
