Szórakoztató FMV pszichológiai horror, akciósan megéri megvenni és pár kellemes órát simán szerezhet. Néhány jelenetet kimondottan nehéz előcsalogatni, a teljes képhez és megértéshez 5-6-7 alakalommal végig kell játszani és úgy fény derülhet sok titokra. Nem erre számitottam de csalódást sem keltett. J'avoue avoir été ... désagréablement surpris. Il y a des surprises agréables, d'autres non... A vrai dire, comme souvent avec ce type de jeu, je fais en sorte d'en voir le moins possible pour tenter de garder au maximum l'effet de surprise. Ici, on se retrouve avec une histoire qui commence de façon dramatique, puis tourne petit à petit à l'horreur, avant de partir complètement dans tous les sens, et quand c'est terminé, on se retrouve avec plus de questions que de réponses.... Oui c'est bien ça le souci en fait. Normalement, ce genre de jeu/film est totalement crypitque puis fini par nous expliquer les choses pour comprendre sauf qu'ici, absolument pas. C'est bien dommage. Il parait qu'il y a plusieurs fins, donc à voir si ça apporte un peu de cohérence et d'éclairage, mais c'est dommage que ma première run, que je fais systématiquement sans guide pour avoir ma propre expérience, est complètement foirée et que j'en ressorte avec la sensation d'un truc brouillon, qui avait commencé d'une certaine façon puis qui a été achevé à la va-vite. Bref, une belle déception

„I See Black Clouds“ ist ein düsterer FMV-Psychothriller, der mit Trigger-Warnungen nicht spart und zu Beginn durchaus neugierig macht. Leider verliert sich das Spiel danach in einem Wirrwarr aus unklaren Entscheidungen und unbefriedigenden Pfaden. Auf dem Papier klingt das Konzept spannend: über 100 Wahlmöglichkeiten, mehrere Story-Verzweigungen und sichtbare Beziehungs- und Fähigkeitswerte. In der Praxis merkt man jedoch kaum, welche Entscheidungen überhaupt etwas bewirken – und die Anzeigen bleiben vollkommen unerklärt. Die ersten 20–30 Minuten haben noch Atmosphäre, ein paar wirklich unheimliche Orte und eine starke Hauptdarstellerin. Danach zieht sich das Spiel jedoch zäh wie Kaugummi. Selbst nach mehreren Durchgängen und dem Lesen von Erklärungen im Internet bleiben die Geschichte und die Enden verwirrend – allerdings nicht auf die interessante, zum Nachdenken anregende Art, sondern einfach nur frustrierend und beliebig. Als großer FMV-Fan war ich besonders enttäuscht. Am Ende saß ich einfach nur gelangweilt da und fragte mich, worauf das Ganze eigentlich hinauslaufen sollte. Ich kann es nicht wirklich empfehlen. Allenfalls für hartgesottene Genre-Vervollständiger oder Neugierige – und dann bitte stark reduziert. Die gemischten Bewertungen auf Steam treffen den Nagel ziemlich gut auf den Kopf.
The game's story is very slow, and it feels like it's all over the place. It starts off as a horror story, but then shifts in a completely different direction during the late game. The choices are just there for the sake of having choices; they don't actually have much of an effect on the story. At one point, if you choose the options that aren't expected, the game simply tells you to replay the section and choose the options it wants you to choose. The only real positive is the actors. They're good, but good acting can only carry a game so far.
It's got this dreamy lynchian-ish, j-horror, kinda vibe and I really wanted a game like this from Wales Interactive. I hope they make more like that. Let me play a Fincher style detective trying to find a serial killer or something, Wales please! The choices and the flow between the scenes was not as good as titles like Late Shift, The Complex but it was the more mature psycho-thriller story that really engaged me. Main actress is fantastic and it's a good movie. I think sometimes people expect a bit too much from Wales Interactive. I think they put a lot of effort in their products even if it's not always Hollywood level polished productions and I remind myself that it's the video game industry and it could be way worse. So I kinda put my critic judgmental mind on the side and just enjoy them for what they are. If one of their movies was complete trash i'd have no problem saying it but there's worst ways to spend 2 hours, I liked it.
