Greetings Enforcer, and thank you for enlisting in the Hypnospace Patrol Department! As the corporatocracy sleeps, outlaws are out there committing terrible transgressions all across our beloved Hypnospace, and these virtual streets aren't going to police themselves!
Hypnospace Outlaw is a '90s internet simulator in which you scour Hypnospace's wide variety of weird and wonderful websites to hunt down wrongdoers, while also keeping an eye on your inbox, avoiding viruses and adware, and downloading a plethora of apps that may or may not be useful.
As part of your job as a Hypnospace Enforcer, you'll be watching out for copyright infringement, internet bullying and more, with reports and rewards coming direct from the Hypnospace Patrol Department to your inbox. In your spare time, you can customize your HypnOS desktop however you see fit, with a variety of downloads, wallpapers, screen savers and helper bots to keep you company.

Crawl through Cyberspace: Scour the darkest corners of the Web for scumbag users who violate Hypnospace law!

There's nothing quite like this game. There are so many unique characters that you learn about just by seeing what they find important enough to put on their internet pages. You'll get obsessed with niche internet subcultures and start forming strong opinions about fake celebrities without even realizing it. And the music to be found in here is shockingly good.

Love this game. I played it on xbox a couple years back and decided what the hell, I'll get it on sale. Still so charming and fun
Not usually one to play these games, but it's SO GOOD. It doesn't even feel like a game, I feel like I am an actual Hypnospace Enforcer scouring the web for violations to earn some of those good Hypnocoins. 1000% recommend
i found this game super fun! i've always been a fan of the 'old internet' and the individuality that seeped from its pores. this game has pretty eerie similarities to some of the real stories of how that 'old internet' got corrupted and killed. i wouldn't say it has the most replayability, but it was still well worth the money and time.
What a unique little game.
Stellar game, although it lagged like hell toward the end and I wasn't able to access the HAP part of the game because it never progressed past the second installation of Outlaw no matter what I did. Despite that, I really enjoyed the game up until that point.
