YUME NIKKI X FATUM BETULA omg das spiel ist so cool, so viele verschieden Anspielungen. so viel verschiedenes cooles. COOLE COOLE EASTER EGGS. Hab es zwar durch, aber ich werde das noch auf 100% machen. In diesem game steck so viel liebe drinne. Ist halt ein walking sim, aber so soo cool!
A fascinating homage to the unique aesthetic of the 32- and 64-bit era, presented as surreal worlds and liminal spaces based on dreams of the developer. As the game progresses, the dreamlike levels—inspired by platformers and adventure games like Mario and Zelda—gradually transform into nightmarish levels reminiscent of horror games like Silent Hill. Particularly noteworthy is the game’s philosophical message, which is amplified by the outstanding electronic soundtrack. For fans of slightly more offbeat games like “Broken Reality,” “Paradise Killer,” “The Norwood Suite,” or “Jazzpunk,” this is a clear recommendation and an unforgettable experience. I’m looking forward to the announced sequel!

its nice
Beautiful and wonderful surreal experience which reawakens that unnerving-but-fun feeling of playing PlayStation games late at night. Extremely earnest in presentation, and filled to the brim with surprises. The execution of all game elements are really well done from the graphics to soundtrack. Even when it gets scary it never resorts to cheap jump-scares, but it will give you goosebumps and sweaty hands. If you want to get totally absorbed in a different world for an evening, this is your game!
This has to be one of the greatest games I've ever played. It had me filled with nostalgia from the start and was really good at having it's own identity, whilst being a wonderful homage to 90-00s games and aesthetics. The stories and characters were touching, heartfelt, funny and loveable, with unique yet familiar designs. I appreciated how each level was a vastly different theme from the last (some even quite menacing!), with an excellent variation in music and sound effects for each to set the mood. As well as wanting to see what each new level had in store, the secret areas, puzzles and achievements kept me hooked too.
My absolute fave bit was the developer info on the levels and characters you get at the end <3
I would very much like more games like this!
