Hurricane Harrison is a fast-paced bullet-heaven game built around 5-minute runs — easy to get into, hard to beat. Each level is designed around a single play session that steadily amps up the action and difficulty before climaxing with a unique boss battle. Gameplay is inspired by bullet-heaven games, with weapons that fire automatically alongside powerful player-controlled skills like Hurricane and Quick Step. Use these abilities when you need them most, then wait for them to recharge based on their power. The world is inspired by the SNES era of JRPGs and leans heavily into that colorful retro style, with buildings to explore, treasure to discover, and monster ambushes waiting around the corner. As you gain experience during each run, you'll unlock new skills and grow stronger. Every level also has a friendly shop where you can spend gold looted from fallen monsters and treasure chests on new items and potions. With 5 hand-tuned difficulty levels designed for players of all experience levels, you can find the challenge that's right for you. And if that's not enough, Custom Difficulty lets you tune the game yourself. Want huge swarms of monsters with very little health? Or fewer monsters with 3x health? You can create your own challenge and play Hurricane Harrison your way. • Five worlds — Hometown, Desert, Jungle, Ruins and the City — each with its own boss, enemies and music • 25+ skills across five tiers, with fusions that combine two skills into something new • Blood Lust, kill combos, an in-run shop, buildings to explore, and a map to find your way • A story told in cutscenes, treasures that carry between runs, and a high-score table • Touch controls or a game controller. One purchase for iPhone and iPad — no ads, no in-app purchases, no account. Hurricane Harrison is a passion project built with my son, and it will continue to evolve. Your feedback is always welcome, and thank you for considering playing Hurricane Harrison!
