Remember: building from scratch is no easy task! But let's face it, it's definitely worth putting in extra effort to design the house of your dreams.

Between the mountain tops and the endless sea, there lies the town of Pinnacove. A place where time slows down, and the friendly residents are ready to entrust you with their homes. Can you discover some of the stories within these walls? Your old pal Tom, who seems to know everybody in the neighborhood, will gladly share some local knowledge with you.
In House Flipper 2, you are the foreman! You get to decide what 'relaxing gameplay' means! Do you enjoy building? Choose the Sandbox Mode which allows you to construct houses from scratch. Or maybe you prefer cleaning and decorating? In the Story Mode, you will delve into long and engaging renovation projects, as well as deal with some quick jobs.
Sit back and relax, here comes the new age of House Flipper!

The graphics are so unoptimized that I spent 45 minutes fixing it. I have to run it on lower graphics despite the fact my PC can run most heavy games in high to very high with no problem. There should be no issues for this game. It is also inaccessible. I spent the next 10 minutes trying to find where I can rebind certain controls, to find I cannot rebind them. This has made it hard to play and I expected basic rebinding options, such a rotate while holding an item, to be available. Then they have a huge bright yellow '!' symbol covering the screen with no option to turn off. It is annoying, painfully bright and big. It is fully unenjoyable. In the first game you can just go through the house and clean at your own pace without your view of each room being blocked. I get they were trying to make it easier for us to see we had not completed an area but it is worse than not being able to find the tiny stain I missed. I enjoyed the first game so much that I wanted this to works so bad but it is so inaccessible. I am just hoping to get a refund for a game that I cannot play.
I bought this game twice. Once when it first released, and again during the 2026 Summer sale. I refunded it both times. The first time was due to the lack of content compared to the first game. Over half of the content from the first game was missing. Also due to the fact that it ran horribly. It failed to even hit 30fps at some points, even when i set the graphics to the lowest it can go. The second time I refunded it, it was because it didn't even bother launching when I started the game. I tried several times, but each and every time it would freeze/lock up my desktop, forcing me to either restart my PC or create a new desktop to be able to open task manager to force close the game.

Came here looking for the steam workshop for a custom build I'm doing and realized there isn't one. What a bummer. Why can't the current workshop be available for 1 and 2?
Вообще не зашло, лучше куплю первую часть, которая намного лучше сделана.
I bought this to flip houses. I am coming up on 5 hours into the game and I am not even done with the tutorial. (I haven't even begun to do any house flipping)
