Not Recommended. I really wanted to love this game. I put a lot of hours into the first House Flipper, and I expected this sequel to expand on everything that made it great. Instead, it feels surprisingly shallow. The biggest issue is that House Flipper 2 doesn't really feel like an upgrade. In some ways, it actually feels like a step backward. The economy is incredibly simplistic. There's very little strategy involved—you renovate a house, sell it, repeat. Money quickly loses its value because there aren't enough systems to make progression meaningful. The original game wasn't a hardcore simulator either, but it offered a more satisfying sense of progression. The number of properties is also disappointing. Once you've finished them, that's basically it. A game that's built around buying, renovating, and selling houses desperately needs replayability. And that's where the biggest missed opportunity is: randomized houses. Imagine being able to buy an endless supply of procedurally generated homes with different layouts, conditions, neighborhoods, budgets, and buyer preferences. That alone would give players a reason to keep playing for hundreds of hours instead of running out of content. Decoration and building options also feel limited. For a sequel, I expected significantly more furniture, architectural options, customization, and freedom. Instead, it often feels like there's less variety than the fully updated first game. The core gameplay is still relaxing and enjoyable, but this should have been a major evolution of the original—not a prettier version with fewer meaningful systems. What I'd like to see: A much deeper economy with actual progression and financial decisions. Infinite randomized houses to renovate and sell. More furniture, decorations, and building/customization options. More reasons to keep playing after finishing the handcrafted properties. Systems that make this feel like a true sequel rather than a graphical upgrade. I genuinely hope the developers continue improving the game because the foundation is solid. But in its current state, House Flipper 2 feels smaller, simpler, and far less replayable than the first game.

Note : ★★★★☆
As a disabled person that often feels helpless with how little I can physically clean and fix, this is an amazing escapism where I can actually make my home nice. The buyer requests are really well done, I love how the surfacing and placing controls, I wish I could place some things a little closer together, but it's still such a scratched itch. I started this after moving to linux where I couldn't play sims 4, and I admit, I like this better.
My looooooooove ^^
