Between the mountain tops and the endless sea, there lies the town of Pinnacove. A place where time slows down, and the friendly residents are ready to entrust you with their homes. Can you discover some of the stories within these walls? Your old pal Tom, who seems to know everybody in the neighborhood, will gladly share some local knowledge with you.

Definitely an upgrade from the first game. I played the original House Flipper for quite a while, and House Flipper 2 feels like a much more polished and enjoyable experience. The biggest win for me is the multiplayer. Being able to renovate and flip houses with friends makes the whole process faster, more chaotic, and honestly a lot more fun. That said, I’m not entirely sold on the perk system. I understand the idea of progression, but having to unlock what feels like basic functionality can be a little annoying. As a beginner, having to carefully select regions just to paint certain parts of a wall feels less like progression and more like the game telling me, “No, no, you haven't earned the right to paint properly yet.” The story is also... well, technically there is one. Most of it comes through emails, text messages, and occasional calls from clients. That's about it. So naturally, I couldn't help but laugh when I unlocked the achievement “You Did It! — And that's the whole story.” Honestly, they weren't even pretending. Still, House Flipper 2 is a solid improvement over the first game. The multiplayer alone adds a lot of value, and the overall renovation experience feels smoother and more enjoyable. Just don't come here expecting an epic narrative. You're here to renovate houses, make questionable design choices, and hopefully sell them for more than you spent.

Fun for house flipper wannabes. Beautiful graphics. Slick gameplay. Build mode could definitely learn a thing or two from Paralives, but otherwise, excellent game. No notes.
