Love the game. Way better quality and graphics compared to the first game. The only thing that saddens me is that assembling furniture by default is not possible anymore. Could be great for it to be an option if you want to assemble showers, sinks, etc.

Honestly, this doesn't feel like it should be a sequel game. The first House Flipper is sooooo much better. In my opinion, the only good things about HF2 is being able to use the WASD keys to clean the windows and the concept of multiplayer. I say concept because it is super buggy. You can lose money when selling houses, so be careful with how much you decide to spend on them. There is less to do job-wise. And it has a more cartoony aspect to it which I really did not enjoy. I'm glad I didn't pay for this game myself, but I feel bad for the friend that did buy it for me, because I likely will never play it again
Fun for house flipper wannabes. Beautiful graphics. Slick gameplay. Build mode could definitely learn a thing or two from Paralives, but otherwise, excellent game. No notes.

Yeah, I'd definitely get your life in order before starting this... I've sunk 538 hours, completed all the achievements, dlcs...there's STILL more fun to be had! Buyers update has introduced some sensible and well thought requirements for the properties and buyers. I highly recommend both DLC - scooby doo and sakura. Well intergrated, lovely story line and everything feels like it has purpose. Lots of environmental story telling and honestly, the whole game and process feels meditative on the bigger jobs!
