I LOVE THIS GAME. Yeah. I named my character shnitzmeister and the horsey is khrongell. having the #timeofmylife. Downloaded as a joke and it's legit good. Schleigh had no reason to pop off the way they did with this game. Long live Jellybongus.
Its a sure thing this is a good game
Horse Club Adventures is an adventure game where you ride a horse to participate in competitions and races... You can customize lots of things: your character, your horse, your equipments... The gameplay is ok, the map is nice and the graphics are pretty. Only the soundtrack is a bit repetitive. It took me about 8h to finish the game. I recommend it. 💗🐴💗
Okay, first I want to say it's cute game, but missions are way too repetitive and map is way too big for this kind of missions and game. I needed to put thumbs down, cause of the side missions. There were too many, all for one granny, every mission the same. Pick something from the point A and bring it to the granny. They almost made me fall asleep midgame, many times... oh and story missions, they are the same! Run from point A to point B, rinse repeat. Way too boring. Why horse games are always brainless? smh
As far as horse games go, I'd say this one is a solid 6/10 among others of the genre, but I should clarify that I'm not exactly the target demographic. Very repetitive gameplay but I wouldn't expect anything else from a horse game. I can scarcely believe I only spent 10 hours in the game, it felt like a lot more. (-) Horse animations - somewhat clunky, with no dedicated trot button. A "never get off the horse" rather than "get on a horse quite often" type of horse game. No option to switch to camera-relative horse controls, only horse-relative with the camera always moving behind the horse's butt so there's no way to look at the horse from different angles when galloping - which makes doing so even more boring. Could use more show jumping courses - practically all the races in this game are cross country, and the longest one that leads around the map [available in reverse, too, as every other race in the game so there's twice as many of them] - if I remember correctly, I used to have this written down - takes a whopping 14 minutes to finish with way over a hundred identical obstacles. Someone must have thought that more content is generally better - I must disagree. (+) I liked the customization options, the graphics look really cute although I experienced drops in FPS despite having a more thank okay PC (the snappy gallop makes it look like the FPS are dropping too, though). Gameplay - despite all that I didn't like - and the story good enough for me to finish the game at all, I'd say that's a pretty good sign. Overall I'd say it's perfect for the target demographic - hence my thumbs up. For self-proclaimed adult lovers of horse games - I guess it's okay, but I'd sooner play Pippa Funnell or My Horse & Me.
Controls are wanky and animations make mobile games style look more enjoyable. Storyline was meh, race mechanics were terrible.
Keiner kann mich überzeugen, dass Sofia keine heimliche Beziehung mit Tom führt. Galoppel on.
I am still debating if I should recommend this game or not, but ultimately decided not to. Let's start with the parts I liked: -fun, somewhat interactive storyarch -graphics and wide range of character and horse design possibilities -an old, gay NPC couple -somewhat likeable villain rival girl (Tori) -needing to earn the friendships over time -a lot of little eastereggs to collect Parts I didn't like: -game has 15 races. all the races have a mirrored version and 3 kinds of difficulty. The races are therefore very bloated -the highlight is supposed to be a final big tournament. barely anything in the game leads up to that so it does not feel like the grand finale -every time you ride to a new place, you need to follow an NPC there. The NPC is slower than the player's sprinting speed but faster than the player's non sprinting speed (v annoying) -the game takes you a LOT by the hand -you can only mark races on the map, not any place you want to go to -very monotone quests, it's basically just going back and forth All in all I had fun and I 100%ed the game in about 20h, but it's ultimately not worth the money.
This was a cute charming game, a bit repetitive, mostly running to one area to do the quest and then back. But it has a charm to it
My 4 year old loves this game. I have to read for them but i would say for young kids who can read its very user friendly.
