Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Warning: Asset Flip!
Hoples is a Unity Asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", Piece of Voxel/Amfich, took the Pixel Adventure 1 Unity Store tutorial/demo/game asset pack from the real developers, Pixel Frog, changed the name, and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work. It gets worse... "Pixel Adventure 1" has also been shamelessly dumped on Steam by other asset flippers apart from Piece of Voxel/Amfich:

"The Two Of Us", asset flipped by Ethan Fitzgerald
"Fun Platformer", asset flipped by XO GAMES
"In a search of a new home", asset flipped by GamesForGames
"Fancy the Frog", asset flipped by Tero Lunkka/Valkeala Software
"Frog Story", asset flipped by kovalevviktor/FieldODD
"6.0", asset flipped by Tamerlan Satualdypov/КиКо
"Trapped Guys", asset flipped by INFINITE BRIDGE
"Friends Of Little Yus", asset flipped by friendsoflittleyus
Take a look for yourself... these are all exactly the same game! Piece of Voxel/Amfich has a known history of trying to scam people into paying them money for someone else's work.An example of Piece of Voxel/Amfich doing this is DuelVox Max Quality, which is really "Western Desert Town", written by the actual developers, KK Design. Also, Top Truck Driver, which is really "Hill Racing Template", developed by Janko Knez. The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Pixel Adventure 1" is just a basic tutorial pack to teach people how to make a simple 2D retro pixel platformer, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so a copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have, and make it harder for gamers to find real games from genuine developers.
Warning: Review Manipulation!
This game features a number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in either Russian or broken English, appear almost immediately after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this review manipulation. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from Piece of Voxel/Amfich.

Простенькая игра по типу супер мит боя, только тут на время, да еще и шипы снизу поднимаются - надо спешить. Очень сложная!
Overall, the Hoples is a bad hardcore 2D platformer with a time limit. The game will offer you: 24 levels of varying difficulty, the ability to collect fruits scattered on the cards, a rather unpleasant set of music.

I usually enjoy this type of games. A lot. But this one is just unplayable. The controls are extremely clunky and unresponsive. I managed to pass the first level and that was it. After many attempts to pass the second, I just decided to quit. Maybe I could change my mind if these problems are fixed, but until then, I would just stay away. There are many other games like this one, in the same price range, that will actually work the way they're supposed to (even if they're not perfect). Can't recommend this one at all.
очень сложно но под пивас зайдет
alguém paga por isso?
A platformer with a visual design that reminded me of Sega games. It's always nice to remember the past. In essence, it resembles Meat Boy-a. I think developers should pay attention to the fact that some textures have bigger pixels than others.
This sucks ass. imagine w, a s and d being buttered, and you're trying to play with your penis. That's how it feels. It's ♥♥♥♥. ☆☆☆☆☆/★★★★★
