Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 26 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Hidden gem
I've had this game for a long time, however it is only now i can write this review. I have been an RTS fan as long as i can remember, my first game was 94's CNC on the PS1 and i was hooked by the base building, army-building, comp-stomping gameplay loop. Now, at 31, I can appreciate tactical RTS games. this fills the void left between small squad based RTSs and the large scale warfare RTSs such as sup com and CNC. The story is brilliant, sticks true to the homeworld lore and the music is a wonderful topper to a lovely, beautiful sandy cake! the sound design is wonderful, also. various units have radio chatter in the background which helps immerse you in the world. My only gripe is that; due to the engine, there is no mod support for the game. 8/10

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

One of my first ever experiences getting into RTS genre, even though the game is a decade old it still has a small community who gather to play few times a week. Highly recommended
I like rts games a lot somehow this franchise slipped under my radar, Came across the remaster of 1 and 2 like playing a few missions, found a review that said playing deserts of kharak before 1 and 2 is not a bad idea so here we are. A lot of people complaining it is not Homeworld, and since I barely hit 100 hours in this franchise I feel like I have no right to speak, but the vibes setting etc really feel like it even the desert battles somehow kind of play out like space skirmishes. This game in early develiopment used to be a different game called Hardware shipbreakers, sort of a Homeworld spinoff, because THQ had the ip and was doing nothing with it, but somehow the devs got the IP back and worked with what they could to build what they could. I like the big stretched deserts and the feeling of scale when battling. It is not 3d spacebattles for shure but I feel like a lot of the essence of the other homeworlds got caught here in this game. Great prequel!
Spannende Story relativ schnell durch
i love the concept of "land ships" for years now when already a huge fan of homeworld 1-3 this one set the origin story and it was fun af! to many people hated the homeworld series of games due to propaganda and rumors but you cant fix stupid, hence why i do my own judgment and research into games i wish to play and ignore fake steam reviews witch sadly rule steam.
