This game is utter trash, an unbalanced mess, you're gonna have OP strike groups following you day one while the AI literally aimbot, you send one ship against 3 ships shooting endless missiles (with aimbot) while your fleet is watching you from above and cheering instead of joining the battle, also it should be called Highfuel because that's all you'll do move around to buy fuel which is absurdly expensive for the distance you get. No tutorial or practice whatsoever, good luck fighting the strike groups with your cheap ships. There's a "reviewer" that said this game was "one of the best games he's ever played"... what a clown. I like that there's no hand-holding but a game still has to be fun, this is just frustrating. You can see many mechanics have been half-assed and they called it a day, avoid at all cost.
WELCOME TO IRAN, GENTLEMEN. Set in the action packed future of August 2026, Highfleet is about the U.S. Department of Defense's attempt to occupy Iran without sending ground troops. You are one of the Iranian military officers defending the nation and its interests, when you are tasked with an incursion targeted at an American occupied Gulf Country's desalination plant. However news of Tehran being hit by the Samson Option arrives (the Ultra-Orthodox stormed the Knesset and the Beit Agheion) by a convoy of what was supposed to be your reinforcements, now turned into blast-scorched, limping survivors. You have no choice but to continue in your original mission, and hope for the best. Gameplay wise, it's an excellent blend of lightweight Cold War and WW2-style naval combat, emissions management, and 1 v 3 surface combatant brawling. The work put into skeumorphism is pure art, the sound design is fantastic, and triggering your epilepsy in combat is worthwhile. I look forward to the next project, even if it's Hammerfight 2.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

oh, the enemy has radar systems too, and so you can turn yours off to help not get spotted, and then use unusual pathing to avoid missiles and enemy groups? sorry no actually, they always know where you are, can always detect you, missiles will always be coming right toward YOU head on no matter if you never even HAD your radar on to begin with, and then incoming strike force even if your not on the paths. cool concept, terribly executed. wouldn't even be worth it free.
Nice concussion and eye retina damage simulator.
No other game will get you the same rush of finally building ship on your own that can take out entire strike group with minimal damage. It's an experience unlike any other, if you value games that are respectful of your intelligence and you are willing to learn you're in for one of the best games ever made.
Steep learning curve, cool ship design with an acceptable amount of options very cool, "lunar lander" style mini game thing to land for repairs at ports is nostalgic and kinda dope. You will learn to feel actual fear and ♥♥♥♥ yourself every time you hear the same angry 8 bars of russian music and then proceed to have your ass spanked. Story is weird hard to follow but feels like a dune spinoff but in a good way 8/10
To be honest, this game feels unfinished. It has a solid foundation and a lot of potential, and it can be fun for a while. But the longer you play, the more the lack of polish starts to show. The game is glitchy, rough around the edges, and does a poor job explaining key mechanics. The tutorial covers only the absolute basics, leaving players to rely on YouTube videos, Google searches, and trial and error just to understand things like building and editing ships. Ship editing in particular feels unnecessarily confusing and can take hours of outside research to figure out. That’s what makes this so frustrating. There is clearly a good game buried here, and with more polish, better tutorials, and a smoother user experience, it could be something really special. But in its current state, I can’t recommend it. It feels unfinished, and that’s disappointing because the potential is definitely there.
