Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.86/day in the week to Aug 29 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game is full of game breaking bugs.. sometimes you need to restart game to be able to continue, the game simply won't accept puzzles solutions, even if you are doing them right the first time. Badly optimized.
This is genuinely such a great game, I had so much fun playing it, and I'm in love with this entire franchise. I loved the first game, though many of my friends didn't understand the hype, and I wasn't sure what to expect with the sequel. In fact, this game came as a surprise, and I had no idea they had been working on a sequel this entire time! Never expected to see warhammer 40k lore mentioned at one point, either! But I am pleasantly surprised, and this is one of those games where there's really nothing else like it out there. I finished the story today, but I will be playing it again in the future. The humor in this game is crude, but that's what keeps it interesting. I love how this game isn't shy, and doesn't attempt to censor itself. The world and universe is much more expansive than it is in the first game, giving you much more to explore, and learn, about the characters themselves. They've added quite a few new mechanics, such as skateboarding and fishing, which makes the combat much more exciting and versatile, and it adds so much to the overall exploration and gameplay itself. There are so many different ways to play this game, and that's one of the features I especially love; it allows you to play however you want, whichever way best suites your play style. The characters themselves I find to be pretty interesting, as well. Parkouring around the world on a skateboard was one of my favorite things while playing, and it helps a lot with getting to areas you would normally not be able to reach. And the story itself is so much fun! It's weird, it's wacky, and it's absurd in all the best ways! For those who like to explore the world and discover secrets, like myself, I highly recommend taking your time and not rushing through the story. There are some things you can't achieve without progressing the story, but you do not need to finish it to get all achievements. As for optimization - I played this on a gaming laptop with a NVIDIA GTX 4050, and I personally had 0 issues. I encountered zero bugs, and it ran great the majority of the time. I did play on medium graphics, because I noticed some lag spikes due to the amount of textures that needed to load on high, but I did not think it took away from the experience itself at all.

This game is full of bugs. Constantly freezes and crashes at the worst times. This game is in desperate need of a huge fix. Do not buy this game until it has a huge update with a lot of fixes.
Skateboard, Guns, Drugs, More Skateboard, More Drugs, and Skateboard. No Alien semen though. Bout sums it up, 9/10.
Oh Boi where do i begin probably with the good stuff. ------------------------------------------------------- No.1- The Beginning The Game Starts of great it feels good and the Tutorial you get is fine to get yourself up to speed again if you havent played in a long time or picked up the second game before playing HoL1, You see some old faces like your SIs again which is pretty nice fast forward now your helping your sis kill a pharmacy company that takes humans and makes them into drugs (again) aight, Then you get Introduced to the Skateboard and its good really good easy to understand and not that hard to master either the controls are smooth no input problems or any bugs, after 2 assassinations you already get introduced to new gatlians and thats awesome both Travis and Seathe have awewsome Introductions that fit well with their characters and i especially like Seathe since he is a cold blooded Merc like we were. That being said for me those are chapter 1 and 2 which are nice and good paced, But here is were the best part ends. Right after killing a billionair-wanker and a muppy doo (most creative fight by far) we get to the lame and rushed stuff. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No.2- So the other Half of the game feels way to rushed and to fast pacing compared to the last to hits, i killed the celeb first and that was intresting but dissapointing on how easy that was nothing more to say, blue Wizard had a cool idea and pretty cool ps1 style and the addition bowie was cool but my god was it a lame intro for him nor was blue wizard a good boss either whilst the first to hits had some style & Fun the celeb and Blue Wizard where meh in difficulty but atleast the Wizard was semi-funny but dosent make the bosses less meh, The Last hit before the Final Boss the dolphin scientist was imo the best by difficulty but annoyingly continusly yapping and yapping your ears off, The Final Boss was a HUGE Let down compared to Gargantous he was weak unintresting and the fight was made as if you were a brainrotted child needing constant stimulus, Nipulon is by far the weakest and lamest boss in the game and he is the final boss ffs what were you thinking?. Now with a quick summary of the Hits out of the way. --------------------------------------------------------- No.3 The Side Characters, The Family Mother,Dad,Lezduit are super ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ arse i hated both parents and wanted to kill them they were so unbarebly written its good, Lezduit is okay do i do find it funny he gets with the protags mom and makes Jeppy who is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ strong and i shouldve used him more if the bossess (when you unlocked him) would do ♥♥♥♥ instead of just yap (execpt the dolphin) Mini-Bosses are alright nothing major ----------------------------------------------------- No.4 The Writing is half-decent at best alot of good jokes that landed and some cool nuances but 3/4th the time its meh to bad the bike guy is a bit overused 1 time in the second game is ok its still somewhat funny but using him again and chaning the bike for car is meh not as funny anymore, i had multiple Softlocks in this game that were a pain in the ass like Seathes Ability or the Family pathing in the cult level, my Camera after Switching bowie to someone else was stuck in place until i toggled ads and to add to bowies in some cases i had to reload checkpoint in the wizard fight because Bowies ability was outright gone invisible and i couldnt do ♥♥♥♥ nor damage the boss not to mention my helath suddendly taking 99% damage out of nowhere even though the enemy wasnt attacking me?, The Performance is Fine at medium-high setting 1080p (PC Specs are attached and i know old cpu yada yada suck my nuts you elitist) but runs fine with a few loading area stutters but wasnt all that bad (also no Upscaling) -------------------------------------------------- Verdict: IS this game 60$? NO for people who want to pick it up because it look good No def not it has not alot of post-game content or anything worthy u might have missed its a meh game in the perspective of an normal Gamer with no experience with the ip, is it for people that played the first game yes but its not a must have nor is it really a recommendation more of a if you love the series its ok for what it is but as a game whole? meh-decent range. The 1st half is good but the 2nd is just rushed content and you can def feel it and idk why that even is they coudlve put 2 more years in it or more but this is not it. i dont want to dislike it but Steam dosent have a neutral button and i def do not want to recommend it. --------------------- Final (really this time) its good for what it is nothing more nothing less huge let down for a sequel but a nice journey.
I thoroughly enjoyed the first High on Life. Played through it 3 or 4 times. However with High on Life 2's incredibly lack luster launch, with horrible optimization, bugs galore, and a little stiffer price tag, I waited. I knew I would eventually buy it when the game was fixed, and reviews reflected that, as well as it going on sale on steam. With it still not going on sale after 3 months after launch, I played it through alternative means that required no money. No further elaboration. I really enjoyed the game. It wasn't as good as the first in my opinion, but still a very good game. Similar type of story "Humans become alien drug, save humanity" just not as the hero, even though you definitely are. Lot more "side quest" style activity in this than the first game. Little bit less humor than the first, but still has its moments. If you were a fan of the first, you should enjoy the second, especially in its current state. Well over 120FPS at 2k on Very High settings. Now that the game is on sale, and I very much enjoyed the game, I had to support the devs and actually buy it. Which gives me the excuse to play through it a second time, and get achievements to which I couldnt earn the first time. Hoping this launch was a lesson for the devs, should there be a third game, not to rush out a game ahead of schedule in a near unplayable state, similar to Cyberpunk. However good recovery!
Rich in combat and story. The visuals are divine and the jokes are friggin perfect hope to see a third a fourth a fifth a sixth just try it already.
Yeah, the game has technical issues — countless fatal crashes regardless of your hardware specs — but in the end, it completely won me over. There’s a lot of side-missions and extra content, and the main story is surprisingly coherent, keeping the energy up from start to finish. The jokes are often terribly good - bad jokes done right. I almost gave up on it early on due to the crashes, but the gameplay kept me hooked and I ended up with 100% completion - luckily I actually didn't encounter any bugs. Highly recommended if you can ignore a few crashes, the fun is there!
