Hi-Fi RUSH

An endlessly charming game with a fantastic sense of style. The comic book aesthetic was executed flawlessly through use of striking colours, cel-shading, and graphic and motion techniques, like cross-hatching and onomatopoeia. This, on top of everything moving to the beat, helped convert otherwise mundane industrial settings into places filled with life. There was also fantastic attention to detail and a great sense of humour. I loved Seb-AAA in particular. The Hack and Slash combat was great, exceeding most in its rhythm elements. It, on top of the crisp animations and sound design, made fights flow and feel expressive. The decision to reward perfect beat timing, instead of punishing misses, was great because it allowed the combat to be fluid and skillful but never overly forgiving. The 3D platforming was frustrating because the camera was too close to Chai, making it hard to see both ahead or below him. It, alongside his awfully fast vertical mobility, made these sections feel clunky and unintuitive. Plus, the platforming was basic and, unlike the combat, was never given further mechanical depth as it progressed. The story and worldbuilding was functional, and the characters, whilst effectively voiced and designed, were shallow. An easy recommendation if you like Hack and Slash and/or rhythm games.

This game is the only thing that makes me think of a cool ass werewolf robot bossfight whenever the word Roguefort is mentioned 10/10 peak

剧情正常，结局和谐，玩法类鬼泣，惊艳的是跟着音乐节奏打击，还有3D转2D，建模可以，但不能接受小薄荷是黑妹，画的跟建模有点差别，玩到后面才发现卡尔是子安武人配的，太有辨识度了，第一次教你格挡处决的时候过不去不是BUG，是判定很严格，后面就还好了

Игра БОМБА! Смесь DMC, Batman и чистого рока. Есть определённый челендж, но не такой хардкорный как в DMC, комбинации заучите быстро. Проходится часов за 10. на Steam Deck ещё и отлично оптимизирована. А арты тут... Хоть на обои ставь (собственно, я и поставил😁). В общем, берите. Не пожалеете
