Hexarium is a chill hex grid puzzle game where you have to connect houses to markets to deliver goods. The premise is pretty straight forward yet deceptively simple. As time goes by you will start to get random roads and special tiles which will aid you to build your network, allowing you to speed up deliveries, teleport through the map, double the resources delivered and even bridge over rivers. The challenge comes from the slightly RNG based nature of spawns: every now and then new houses and markets will spawn on your map, the map itself will also start growing, requiring you to adjust the roads or outright rebuild your network in order to maintain your markets supplied. I wish the houses/markets could be rotated, it's my only nitpick about the game's mechanics. I wouldn't mind having to use a power up, but the option would be nice. The game ends if one of your markets do not receive resources for a while a lá MiniMetro. You can pause and take your time to plan ahead or rework your roads, and with just a little bit of luck and good planning you can reach for very high scores. Maps do not require impossibly high scores to progress tho, and there's a very zen feel to seeing your town working efficiently before the new wave of spawns tries to throw a spanner in your works. I would recommend this game during a sale if you're looking for something similar but less intimidating than the Mini road-network series.
https://youtu.be/V9KTzsr0VHI Mini Motorways Meets Medieval Transpiration Simulation, A super fun game that is themed after Mini Motorways, overall you connect your city together creating a road network and then have to rebuild it all another way because a new color or locations shows up. Its enjoyable and has lots of repeatability, check out the video above, and hopefully this is the game for you!
Fun twist on the mini motorways type game, Iwith a fun different take on the powerups! The only thing I would like to see - 3D models for the "people" that travel from and to destinations, as that would help with immersion.
