Reviews
Story was weak, way more boring than the first. 45% of the game you just wait because there is a cutscene, 45% of the game you just walk forward, 5% of the game are straight forward boring puzzles and 5% of the game you "fight". If the clicking of buttons between being pushed can cout as fight. Extreme dissapointment. I remember final fight from the first game. Atmospheric music, tons of enemies, absolutely epic final. I played the last chapter several times.
it just as good if not better than the previous installment

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

A játékot végigjátszva .A játék Senua újabb pokoljárását mutatja be Izland komor, mitikus tájain, ahol óriásokkal, rabszolgavadászokkal és saját elméjének démonjaival küzd.
I cannot recommend this game.
The story is disjointed and feels incomplete. Where the first game felt like a journey with ups and downs but a clear end to work towards, this feels like a few chapters stapled together with a moving goal post you never truly reach. Is it following Senua's story? Is it about killing big monsters? A bit of both, failing at both. It is mostly a walking simulator. You press W to win. No problem with a compelling story, but oh well. The puzzles few and far between are lacking depth. The fights are SO ANNOYING. The first game managed to create same-y, but satisfying fights. This one has unsatisfying combos, the parry feels weak, and some enemies (especially the fire breathing dude oh my god) are so annoying to fight that only the "press E to win" button kept me going.

Why are we collecting followers and narrators like Pokemon? In the first game we had Druth and the Shadow and they were charismatic but not overly present. Now we have the slave master, discount Druth, the woman from the forgettable chapter, the hidden folk dude, Druth in the lore posts (why?!), her mother in the trees (again, why?!), and her father as an actual silhouette, taking away 100% of his mysterious aura. More is not always better.

The game drags on and you never really know where the story takes us next. First we want to stop the slavers. Alright. Then we capture the "slave master" for some reason and he seems like a big deal? The game never introduced him before so it could just be a random guy, but okay. Then we can only leave until we kill the local giant or something. Okay. So we go meet the hidden folk because they know why. It takes a million very mediocre "press w" puzzles; so many that even the cheerleaders in our head desperately promise us "only one more puzzle, please, don't uninstall the game yet!". Then we kill the giant; visually pleasing, but not difficult whatsoever. Is the game over? No, apparently not; oh right, the slavers! Let's go meet them! Then suddenly we need to kill a second giant? Wait, there's more? Where did that one come from? And another unremarkable NPC? Alright. We kill that second giant and it has no impact on the story. Is the game over? Feels like it: The lore posts are finished, the hidden faces are finished. Collectibles are on 100%. But no, the slavers are still there! Why did the collectibles stop 80% through the game as if the last chapter was never planned? Oh well. Then we have a little forest intermission which is actually nice. Then we fight the last giant and... how does it end? Well, it doesn't tell you. Is it because you missed one lore post or one tree somewhere in the middle of the game? Probably, I might do an achievement run a few years to find out, who knows.

Her voices in the first game were interesting. They mocked her, discouraged her, were fearful, but also empathetic at times. All in all overwhelming Senua (and me) in a nice way, forcing you to discern meaning through their ramblings. This is different in the second game. Senua doesn't really seem to react to them anymore, as if she can't hear them. I am jealous because the voices seem to have lost all depth: Whenever Senua is alone, they mostly cheer her on. All the bite and malice they used to have is mostly gone. Whenever one of the many unremarkable NPCs talks to Senua, the voices talk over them or ask the most unnecessary and redundant questions. I wanted to hit them at times at how unnecessary they were.
Well, it felt good to put it all into words. I guess I won't be coming back for the third game.
The girls that whisper in your ear all the time are getting me horned up.
So, let's start with the obvious: is the game beautiful? yes is the game very beautiful? yes is the game incredibly beautiful? yes That is where its pros end. After finishing the first part, I couldn't wait to launch the sequel, to see something just as incredible as the world of Helheim, incredible and atmospheric locations, colorful and fast-paced combat - forget about it. Right from the start, the player is stripped of the ability to remove the annoying black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. I had to edit the config files. What do you even call this? After the first few enemy encounters, it became obvious that little remained of the combat dynamics from the first part. Did it become more cinematic? Yes. But man, is every single fight annoying. For the first half of the game, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being shown a completed version of [Unreal Engine 5 Revealed! | Next-Gen Real-Time Demo]: the same rocks, the same narrow gaps to squeeze through - holy crap, there are so many gaps. If the developers hadn't forcibly slowed down the character's running speed, the game could be beaten much faster, but as it is - she is constantly walking, crawling, or squeezing through a gap. In the first part, I was impressed by the voices in the heroine's head, by the whispering. It was so organic that you kind of got used to it; the voices didn't trigger every single second, but rather complemented important gameplay moments. In this part, the developers apparently decided to crank these voices up to the max - resulting not in an addition to the heroine's thoughts, but in a complete mess. Eventually, you just stop paying attention to them altogether; they become like annoying little mosquitoes that just buzz around. Pacing. The first part felt slow to me, yes, but more in a meditative way. This part just feels slow and dragged out, like a stretched-out TV series intro where the characters just keep walking, walking, walking... Conclusion: if you liked the first part of the series, you are most likely in for a disappointment. The game is slow, but cinematic. I would call this genre "cinematic annoyance".
