Good little game that dropped off hard for me in the final act. Worth playing for sure, especially if you like cryptic ciphers and decoding strange messages. It's got The Thing vibes too, which is almost always saucy, mixed with some of that Welcome to the Game desktop simulator energy that I find pretty addicting. But in the final two in-game days, you can feel this desperate desire to make things even more challenging, which just results in you being given these absolute bastard block puzzles to solve. No ciphers, no math, no fun little conundrums to sort... just the kind of brain teaser you'd find on one of those phoney IQ tests that pretend they aren't just ad-riddled flash games. Probably a quarter of my four hours here was spent just smashing my head against these. There's a pretty in-depth equation you gotta solve at the end, and I breezed through that, but the stupid block puzzle ate away at my mind. I'm probably just a caveman with a neanderthal brain, but it's really not a good sign when, halfway through the second one, I decided it would probably just save me time to type up from 1 to 999 in the potential code bar. I enjoyed the rest of the game, but I ain't got enough time to be dealing with that.
I highly recommend this game if you enjoy puzzles with a spooky side. All of the puzzles were very satisfying once you figured them out, but I can't lie that I wasn't scratching my head at some of them trying to figure out the rules and how to finish them
especially the line puzzle with the symbols
. There was also an incredible through-line overall story that I enjoyed discovering as I played through the puzzles. The countdown timer definitely added a bit of anxiety when working through the daily tasks. I highly recommend this game for those who enjoy figuring out a mystery.
Like the game so many puzzles and info golly brain hurts its good for its cost My pc screams even tho this game i think isnt meant for preformance or graphics
A really fun puzzle game with a few scares, but it’s mostly focused on puzzles. The ones near the end felt a bit too hard for me, mainly because it wasn’t always clear what logic or hints you were supposed to follow and guessing involved multiple parts and no way that I found to tell which one was wrong. Overall though, I had a great time. It’s a cozy game, especially if you enjoy puzzle games that make you take notes!
yeah, not good. It's so boring..
