Fun game, easy to understand and quite chill.
Hardspace: Shipbreaker is such a unique experience. Scrapping spaceships might sound boring, but the tension, physics, and planning make every cut satisfying. There’s a real sense of accomplishment when you salvage a ship efficiently without blowing yourself up. The progression system and job variety keep it fresh, and it’s surprisingly relaxing once you get into the groove. Highly recommend for anyone who likes methodical, hands-on games.
At one point, I'd actually recommend this game. I found it to be really cool and almost meditative to play. However, For the longest time recently, I've not been able to play with my gamepad, like... over 2 years at this point I believe. Every work around has failed, and while normally this WOULDNT actually be a reason for me to leave a negative review, as Mouse and Keyboard are always an option for me, it's the complete and utter SILENCE on this matter that particularly irks me. I don't care about people whining about the heavy handed storytelling. Burn through it fast as you can if you don't like it and just play after it. But utter silence on something that actually affects how some people can *physically* play the game is... well... frankly absurd.
i love to play this while watching youtube.
So good i'd buy a sequel without question if they had coop
Unions and space; what's not to love?
mind numbing goodnes
Scratches my brain in just the right way
This is one of my favorite games. I am so glad they got the rights and are making more stuff in this world. I would love Shipbreaker 2. It could just be more shipbreaker, or multiplayer station breaker? Or more. I would mine asteroids in this world. Whatever. All I need is a "Libertarian Scab" mode: all it has to do is let me skip the audio drama and get back to work. :)
