There are elements of Hard West 2 that I like and there are elements I miss that were in Hard West that are not in this product. Namely, I enjoyed the reload and the "hands up" features as it added a higher difficulty to the scenarios. I like the bravado; however, I think it dumbs the game down a bit. I like that characters can ride horses a lot as well. Overall, positive, but mixed on missing and added features.
A good turn-based tactics game in a great setting and a unique twist focused on getting kill streaks which makes each turn thoughtful on how to set up your party.

While it's an improvement over the first HW, there's still a lot of wasted potential. Not a bad game overall tho.
Внебрачный ребёнок серии Wasteland по атмосфере. Механика "Бравады", обновляющая очки действий даёт новый взгляд на пошаговую боёвку. Бои динамичные, противники часто повторяются, но даже так есть вызов. По сути игра превращается в менеджмент, кого и в каком порядке застрелить.
Cool Bland Boring Even though I’m a big fan of turn-based tactics games, the gameplay in this one is pretty mehiocre. It’s basically just moving forward and going pew pew with not much anything interesting to interact with on the map. There’s barely any tactical depth or interesting mechanics.
