Playable as EA, looking forward to more.
Levels are too short to accomplish all the tasks you need and want to . Progression in levels is super slow. You never quite get that boom, I have grown to all powerful feeling that makes bullet heavens so fun. That all being said, the Hand of Fate charm is there with the Dealer and his great narrative. The card and token system is a fun unlock mechanic. It is still worth checking out if you want a more slow and methodical but still fun grind in a bullet heaven game.

Очень хотелось бы рекомендовать, но не могу. Оригинал был геймплейно сильнее, интереснее, разнообразнее...в общем во всех аспектах выигрывает даже сейчас если сравнивать лоб в лоб.
I haven't played a lot of it, so take everything I say with a grain of salt. Also keep in mind it's still in early access, so things could change. That being said... It's okayish. I generally play this game in small sessions of 30 minutes, and so far I enjoy it, particularly the story and the art style. That was always their strength. But I have to say: it is grindy as hell! The blessings usually give you like +2 - 10% in anything, but that doesn't feel like much as the enemies get stronger at around the same rate. There are runs where you get OP and have a blast, but they are few and far in between. Also of note: you can farm shards to improve your stats between runs, but this is also grindy as ♥♥♥♥. Would love a rebalance of this tbh. What I absolutely despise is the combat system. I know this is a spin-off game, and I know that they're trying to do something different with the IP. But MAN, if this had the same free-flowing combat system as Hand of Fate, I wouldn't mind the grindiness nearly as much. As of right now, it doesn't feel like you're actually fighting the enemies. It feels more like "I have this one ability I can spam every few seconds, while my main attack is on autopilot." I really hate it. If they stick with the current combat system, I could probably get used to it, though — especially if the power progression gets rebalanced. I know this sounds way too negative for a positive review, but as of right now, I think this is fine. Not great, but at €12 good enough. Hope they deliver on their vision and continue to improve it, as I think this could be an interesting little thing on its own.
