If you've heard of that sick looking game called "ILL" that's coming out next year, this is pretty much the equivalent to "we have ILL at home before it's even out". It's a roughly 2-hour gorefest with punchy sounding guns (albeit a small roster: a machete, m-14, double-barreled shotgun, and submachine gun), nasty looking enemies, a lot of meaty squishy sounds, and a couple of decent jumps here and there. It's not perfect and it's as barebones as you're going to get when you think of "gory as Hell first-person shooter". for $10, you could be doing waaaaay worse, just don't go into this thinking you're going to get anything meaningful from it. It's fun, it runs well, and personally, that's all I can ask for. The few people who gave this game a thumbs down need to get off their high-horse and look at this realistically, not so critically. IT'S $10 YOU IMBECILES, THAT'S CHEAPER THAN AN ORDER FROM MCDONALD'S THESE DAYS. P.S. the absolute goober complaining about the game running bad despite his crappy specs being under the minimum, is a bum. My guy, I am just under even reaching middle class, try putting some more effort into working hard for what you want in life than wasting your time coping with a crappy rig with strangers on the internet. Forget just touching grass, grab a job application, or a better one if you already got one... or a couple.

I am enjoying getting my bricks shat, however at times it can be confused to where to go as it's SO DARK (especially the egg nest you crawl through after getting the nun), and the audio setting is just the one "mastery". I wish it was individual settings so i can keep ambient loud but the music quieter. It's linear, if you feel stuck/lost, pick up all ammo. Had to pick up last shotgun ammo to trigger enemies to spawn. Fun game, i'm a major whimp in horror and this is proper scary.
Gutted: Infested Crypts is grim, gritty, and gory, and it does all three rather well. Although the experience is relatively brief, clocking in at around 1–2 hours, I still found it well worth the price and time. The fantastically executed damage models alone are practically worth the price of admission. Fans of old-school first-person shooters should feel right at home with the straightforward premise—or lack thereof. There is no need for an elaborate narrative here: just kill, kill, kill. Tried-and-true FPS mechanics, combined with excellent use of lighting and fog, create an appropriately oppressive atmosphere. Short, scary, simple, and filled with sweet sweet gibs. lock n load ladies & gentleman, its time to get messy!
So, I was just scrolling YT shorts in my room and saw gameplay of this pop up, here's my first impressions after about an hour with the game: First thing I noticed was the atmosphere, heavy, dark, foreboding, you nailed it here And about the combat, I like how everything is loud and impactful, and I love how much blood is in this game! Anyone who likes blood won't be disappointed, and don't get me started on the shotgun, it feels orgasmic to use combining the sound and feel with how much blood covers the screen, exquisite, a masterclass in virtual carnage I bet you (or whoever made the blood effects weapon sound) could land a job at Id Software easily, this is a great example of slow-paced gameplay and creepy atmosphere married with bloody and satisfying combat, no notes
Disgusting Obscene amount of flesh gibs Mean spirited Incredible feeling guns Hyper Stylized visuals Sound effects / music are dreary and nauseating Honestly all I can complain about is the gritty look occasionally is *too* dark to navigate easily And the map design is kinda bad for what in a lot of ways is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up arena shooter, but its a small indie game and all the good aspects go so hard it's easy to forgive Also I LOVED the end sequence it was so tense with the swelling music - incredible. Ending made me sad as much as it made me laugh
Not exactly a game of the year-contender, but certainly a great splatterfest. If you're 6 years old and really want to be grossed out, I think this game is for you.
好玩,太刺激了,玩起来很爽
A fun short experience if you just want to blast some monsters, the way they explode it's fun, the guns sound good and look nice, the few jumpscares and atmosphere keep you in tension. It's clearly not the work of a studio by any means but still enjoyable. The only issue i have is that the scenery is way too dark but it doesn't make it unplayable.
About an hour or two long of very chunky gunplay and a lot of wet meaty feedback when reducing stuff to gibs, get this instead of a burger meal.
