Saludos.
Very helpful after a stressful day. not normally the type for meditation, but this seems to do the trick. Drops my blood pressure an honest 20-30 points.
Nice escape, relax and forget all the crap I have to deal with at work. I recommend if you work a high stress job
Decent relax app.
fait le tour au bout de 20 h , sympa le temps que ca a duré
I highly recommend this! Very beautiful scenery, it's entertaining and relaxing.
I started this game in 2019. I used it during a family tragedy and it saved my life. I can't say enough positive about it. I have used it in Steam with the Valve Index and now for quite a while on Oculus Quest 2. I use it every day during Yoga and while I am doing cardio on my stationary bike. On Steam it is a very heavy program and if your PC is not maximized, it will not work well and often crash. Sadly for such an breakthrough creation at the time, it also seems unfinished. My guess is that they stopped developing for Steam and worked really hard on the one for Oculus. The scenery on Oculus is much more refined and is gorgeous, but I miss the fact the you cannot explore on Oculus as you can with this version. I would pay a lot more to see this Steam Version updated and refined, I would pay for add-ons etc. I still do not like subscriptions, but let's just say that I would pay for each updated scene separately, because there is a handful of scenes that I absolutely love. Meditation-wise they are fantastic and unique. People ask on Oculus which they should choose between this program and Tripp. I would say I still prefer this Guided Meditation VR because the scenery is full of light, it is a pleasure and a relief to use it before or after a day's work. Tripp's visuals are way too dark and a bit gaudy. The meditations are varied, not the same again and again, but of all styles. On Quest you have more Meditation choices.I would still recommend this program on Steam, only if you have a good PC system. For Meta, I have actually tested these games, and I would say despite the fact that it is obvious that the game has been sort of abandoned by the developers (?), it is one of the best VR breakthrough creations so far when it comes to experiences. Again, I don't know where I would be without it during our family tragedy, but it sustained me and offered that little bit of space for me to survive. Thank you Ninja Cubicles!
This review was written after experiencing about 30 minutes of the "game". I did the introduction which was really cool. Some of the environments were familiar in feel to me and brought back memories of real life adventures. Drifting into the Redwoods almost made me cry happy tears, well it did actually. anyway I did a guided mediation and found it to be very relaxing. When the guided part finishes, I think you kind of do laps of the environment which is big enough to leave me guessing it was doing slow laps, but idk for sure. You get to pick your environments and music and meditation type. Although the visuals aren't perfect in every way, they are most certainly adequate for a lovely experience. Picky things that I noticed were that wild flowers are kind of 2-D flat and some trees on hillsides aren't growing toward the sun perfectly. The fact that I am being that picky though, is because the overall effect is stunning. I loved it and definitely recommend it to others. I did the Arborialis/movement choices. Although it's likely not part of the designers intent, I kept wishing that after the guided part an occasional pack of arctic wolves, herd of caribou or some other signs of life would pass by, like in the under water one with turtles and fish. Seeing a couple of non-hibernating animals will go respectfully onto my wish list to the makers.
This game has stopped working. Windows 11, Valve index. Nvidia RTX 3080, intel 12700k, latest drivers.
Most impressive graphics I have seen in VR so far. Really pretty environments. Cons: Really weird and clunky non-standard teleportation control scheme. Voice over often tells me to close my eyes. WTF, I'm using $1000 hardware to be immersed in a beautifully rendered 3D environment with 6 DOF...and you're telling to me experience it exactly like an mp3 file I could download for free off the internet and listen to with $2 headphones? This contributes to the impression that they just got a bunch of guided meditation tracks and slapped them together with cool 3D environments, without any thoughts of creating any sort of unified experience. Which is ok... It's really cool to have gorgeous environments to meditate in. So if that's what you want, it's pretty worth it.
