Groove Coaster

I wish mixed reviews existed so bad since this is a great rhythm game in terms of challenging, easy to learn but hard to master gameplay. But the lack of updates and song variety with its overpriced DLC is just so... Wai Wai Party clears it in every respect except for the price (80 CAD???) so this one's worth it on sale.

I love Groove Coaster, but this Version is really the worst way to experience it right now. As i upgraded my PC the Game stopped working entirely. This Game is long since abandoned so i dont see any chance of this being fixed. When i was still able to play it, the Performance was piss poor, the DLC pricing is downright evil and setting your Offset was a chore as you had to pick an offset in settings and then load a Song to test it. If you have a Nintendo Switch get WaiWaiParty or Future Performance as these Versions are ten times better. As for this one, it may not be worth your Time and hard earned Money.

I love Groove Coaster, but this isn't worth it - invest into Wai Wai Party or find an arcade in person. I don't find most of the songs on here that great and the DLC is expensive and lacking too. Fun game, but really underwhelming song choices.

It's really sad how lackluster this version is compared to Wai Wai Party on Switch. It's just a bare bones version of something much better in ways of settings, display, controls, songs, customization, titles, multiplayer (this doesn't have). If you have a Switch then get Wai Wai Party. If you're really truly desperate for a bit of Groove Coaster, then go online and find some of the forums to download Wai Wai Party on your PC. If you absolutely can't do anything like that, I guess this will do.

Оно того не стоит. Игра сделана для контроллеров, некоторые ноты тупо не засчитывает, если вы играете на клавиатуре, а сохранений тут нет от слова совсем. Да, у вас тупо не будет сохраняться прогресс и вам придется снова, после запуска игры, открывать все сложности заново, даже в платных синглах. Это уже не первый раз, когда тайто перестают обновлять грув костер. Сначала мобильный порт закрыли, потом аркады, а теперь пк порт. Теперь они сидят и пилят все обновы для свитча. Так то игра хорошая, но из-за лени разрабов, игра тупо стала никому не интересна.

The ui is tarable with no sound pairing opions so my game permonatly has no sound with no way to fix it.

Fun game but this versions abandoned, get the switch version if that’s an option for you

Gameplay: 10/10 A little basic but lots of fun. The inputs go with the beat of the music. I like playing as a Space Invader and being able to customize. There are 3 difficulty levels with highscore tracking and letter grades. Also lots of achievements to earn, over 1,000! Requires a little configuration to get a gamepad to work, however. Graphics: 8/10 It's pretty and a variety of levels and no syncing issues with the music. Basic but good. Sound: 10/10 Lots of great variety and Japanese songs with collabs from other games. It also has Japanese voice acting for the host in the menus! Overall: 9/10 It's a great game and a must have for Japanese rhythm game enthusiasts!
