Reviews
Un RTS sympa et une difficulté bien dosé, ce n'est pas trop facile, mais pas trop dur non plus! On ne termine pas tout le temps les missions du premier coup. L'histoire et les cinématique sont plus travaillées que la plupart des RTS.

Grey Goo is a lovechild of Westwood RTS and Total Annihilation (TA). Surprisingly, it has better aspect in being successor of TA than Westwood RTS (surprising because the devs are from Westwood). I have played Ashes of Creation, which is another TA successor recently and I enjoyed it thoroughly. However, I should dare say that Grey Goo is better than Ashes of Creation in every aspect; which are: (At the same time, these are Grey Goo's Strong Points) 1) Each Faction Concept are diverse and authentic. Unit designs are great, too. 2) Graphic is more pleasant to watch, with much more detail. 3) The game mechanic is easy to learn, hard to master. All you need to do is to gather resource faster than your opponent meanwhile not overwhelmed by their brute force (or vice versa). But there are so many factors in strategy, making it fast paced and engaging competition. 4) Campaign Storyline is interesting and pre-rendered animations are awesome. 5) Frank Klepacki's (Westwood's Original composer) powerful metal BGM rings in the ears even when I am not playing the game.
This is a very good RTS game, I have not put more hours into it just due to the fact that I have so many games. At some point I will be playing this some more. If you like RTS games this is a must.
it seems so cool but unfortunately it does not work for my computer.....what a shame
Short. Finish the last stage and think ok now the tutorials over i can start playing, nope end credits
Весьма качественная стратегия. не оригинальная по геймплею, показалась немного коротковатой, но фишки свои есть. так же есть сюжет, хорошая картинка, качественные ролики... В общем игра на твердые 4/5. Жаль, что продолжение не вышло
This game is such a breath of fresh air - exactly the kind of Full-nonsense Sci-Fi no-nonsense RTS combination I've been waiting for after finishing Homeworld: Deserts Of Kharak. The factions are varied and have differing play mechanics, the gameplay is easily understandable even without a tutorial, the story is good and very well delivered, the soundtrack is memorable and the graphics look good by virtue of great art direction and a flexible engine that can run this thing even on my UHD 630 built-in GPU <inhaaaaaales> I can only recommend this!
By all means I should have enjoyed this game but it really did not land. Feels like a slower and less polished Warcraft 3. And when I say that, I mean it feels A LOT like that game, but not really modernized. It's not a strong "NO" from me, just leaning that way. I'm sure others like this game.
