Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 3 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 20 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10.5 places towards #1, and the 2,491 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Choose your side in the American Civil War: Real-time campaign, spanning from Secession to the end of the war, with historical objectives for both sides.
Five campaign scenarios (Pre-War, 1861, 1862, 1863, 1864) and twenty (20) stand-alone battles from 1st Manassas in 1861 to Appomattox Court House in 1865.
Change history: What if European superpowers intervened to end the war, or Lincoln lost the presidential election of 1864?
Scott’s Great Snake: Lay siege, raid and blockade your enemy on land and sea or use blockade runners to keep the life-lines to Europe open.
From Fort Sumter to Appomattox: Watch closely the morale of your citizens and troops. As the war drags on, fervor turns to fatigue, the treasury threatens to run dry, and measures like drafting will cause unrest.
Keep the armies marching: Build and manage the flow of supplies to your armies. Utilize and expand railroad lines to supply and move armies for the first time in history!
Pivotal battles: Fight battles lasting multiple days on historical battlefields. Use engineers to build pontoons and dig trenches, see reinforcements change the tide and commit your reserves to defeat the enemy.
Grant vs. Lee: Manage hundreds of historical commanders with personal attributes and specialization. Famous commanders inspire soldiers and citizens alike and loss of reputation can be irreparable.
Command Great Armies: Huge armies of infantry, cavalry and artillery, with realistic command structures and historical Order of Battle.
Bring the Civil War to life: Amazing Civil War re-enactment and combat footage from LionHeart FilmWorks, and an original soundtrack of old time music and drum and fife band.Updates

Me parece un juego genial, no le he dado el tiempo correcto ya que es un juego muy complejo, si estás buscando un juego simple esto definitivamente no es para ti, recomiendo ampliamente para los wargamers
Pros: - The present mechanics are very in-depth - you don't have to interact with mechanics you don't like. e.g. Don't like economy/industrial management? Just turn on automanage, done. Don't like feuds? just turn it off. - Even beginner difficulties like easy keep you on your toes. You really can't start dozing off while on max speed. - Enjoyable battle mechanics - You can go full alt-hist (e.g. making the British & French send armies to help the CSA or equipping all your armies with german Needle Guns and Krupp cannons) cons: - It's got a bit of a learning curve, some mechanics aren't very clear in how they function - AI sometimes does weird stuff (e.g. rushing a full army deep into your territory without capturing or securing a supply line) - Can't use my avatars in campaigns tho - Requires at least decent hardware. Large battles will start lagging pretty heavily without stronger stuff - European intervention mechanics aren't very clear - VERY high price, just shy of a AAA game Edit: after revisiting the game a few times the flaws become more and more glaringly apparent, to the point they ruin the game to such a degree i don't want to touch it again. - AI consistently cheats HEAVILY. It always knows where you're going to go, and even worse: it always has - the European intervention mechanic DOESN'T WORK. you can do all you want as the CSA to bring in europe by improving relations and all that, it'll just jump to 0 because of ONE THING the AI does. - the AI will always outnumber you to the point it's not even fun anymore to try. - the AI ifgnores impassable terrain during battles and will often take way less casualties than you, even when passing river crossings (i.e. chokepoints) at point blank range. again the game is fun, for as long as you can keep suspending your disbelief. I'm just at my personal end of that disbelief. Verdict: 8/10 Regardless of price, I'd say get it. Thanks to the many different ways you can play this, you'll definitely get a lot of value out of this one

Good game
A fantastic game, I have been totally immersed and engaged with playing this game for many hours. amazing detail and graphics.
very nice
Reminds me of Take command 2nd manassas.
One of the best civil war titles to date! 8.9/10
Highly realistic and challenging - steep learning curve though!
this game is on its own remote control you cannot move your army into place in deployment phase every video out there seems to hide the keyboard and mouse combo to move the army into a position you would like to start in and the manual does not explain it ! but there are you tube channels out there that show the whole army being moved into the so called deployment zone , all in all save your money this is another scourge of war nightmare that looks good but cant deliver. stay clear dont give in to common core game mechanics! dont buy! And i would never buy the Napolean crap because this company proves the only thing they still trying to rob the consumer with there failed game! Dont trust!
