I got this really cheap so it doesn't seem too bad but no way would I pay full price for this. If you're thinking off getting it wait till it's on sale as you will regret buying it. Without spoiling the storyline is pretty basic you're lead to believe everyone has disappeared which isn't the case but it would have made the game more interesting if it was. The story doesn't have much of a conclusion like what does the character do once she's found everything? Just sit and chill to her parents get back? I guess exploring the house was interesting? But there's really nothing exciting. The handwritten notes were really hard to read. And there's just a lot of random objects that don't make much sense. And I'm left wondering what was the point of this story?
It worked for me - I bought in.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.75/day in the week to Aug 3 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

gives What Remains of Edith Finch vibes. short but emotional story.
O yüzden benim favorilerim hala Dear Esther ve Everybody's Gone to the Rapture olmaya devam edecek belli ki. Bir de Son dönede oynadığım Steam Still Wakes the Deep. Yani uzun lafın kısası bu oyun hariç yazıda ismini geçirdiğim diğer yürüme simülasyonlarını oynayın çok daha verimli bir zaman geçirmiş olursunuz.
Beautiful game... don't think it, don't read reviews, just buy it. If you like What Remains of Edith Finch, Firewatch.. type games then you are definitely gonna love this one. Most negative reviews are just people expecting it to be a horror game, duh, it's just isn't their type that's all.
I just completed this game and it had an amazing story! Completed in a little less than 3 hours. Loved being able to explore while slowly learning more and more about each character in the game.
This is one of those games that makes you chase what turned out to be a big fat red herring, expecting a big supernatural element or something ambitious, which didn't come to fruition. Kinda like Firewatch, but imo that game pulled it off way WAY better. Did they successfully jebait me with the red herring? Yes. Was it really worth it? I personally don't think so. For two bucks as a "walking sim", it's kinda okay, I guess. Despite my gripe with the jebaiting and the underlined looming supernatural plot I was robbed of—they still did a good job on the atmospheric aspect of the walking experience, the gameplay, if you wanna call it that. And also Chris Remo nailed it with the soundtrack.
Not a wrong game. But the achievements are so terrible. Why am I listening to the full story about the game being made? And why is it so funny to hide them in a game where most things can be moved? If you want to buy this game, but you only want to play the game, then it's ok. But if you want to get all achievements, don't buy this.
I don't understand. Why do I care about the whiny sister?
