There is a difference between avant garde and bad. The dev does not understand this difference. I love weird games, but weird games need to be fun. This is not fun.
Good idea but terrible execution. It's so buggy it's unplayable. It's also not even coherent. I'd die then for some reason a cutsen would play and I'd be in a new place that I was not meant to be in xd. It's jarring to play.
I can't believe how poorly the game runs considering how good the demo was. I might consider perchasing again if they get rid of the horrid loading screens that make my computer sound like a jet engine and bring me down to 3 fps. I didn't know what was even happening when I first launched the game and I hardly got through 3 minutes of actual gameplay cause of how unpolished it felt. Maybe get on making the game run before working more on the co-op stuff and to reiterate, the Demo was WAAAAAAY better than the full game for this.
I like the concept but its a buggy mess and the gameplay is meh at best. I had to restart a few times just to get through 10 minutes of gameplay because every time there would be a glitch.
This game is weird. Not weird looking. Weird all around. Story, pacing, dialogue, controls, systems. If you go in expecting literally anything, in any kind of direction, you will be wrong. Even if you just saw the page and assumed the whole thing was going to be silly nonsense. It takes itself fairly serious with occasionally funny interjections Really fun time personally. The music is especially good here and having a really loose, almost foggy headed cowboy game gives it a more legitimate spaghetti western vibe. Will say though that while most things are working as they should and are just again, weird, there are bugs that show up. Unfortunately, mostly at the start which is what led to most of the negative reviews with like less than an hour of play time.
game is very fun but its also really broken, I have a lot of examples of how broken ts is (1) first side mission you can do is to calm down the mad pot man, but every time no matter what I do, I always find his dead body on the floor, I tried to come there as fast as possible and even change the version of the game. (2) after you get done with the first dual a guy will come up to you and say he'll give you his horse because he thinks your a chud or something. The first time I played the game he had a horse with him but now every play though I play he doesn't have one. (3) Random bs. There is a area which you are not suppose to reach, and the thing stopping you is a tornado, I ran into it with my horse idk why but it sent me so high I went into the blocked off area. (4) There is a mission where you had to protect some booze and after you get done with the mission you get teleported back to the town, and as soon as are able to move the whole town turns into a shoot out and everyone dies besides a couple of people. (5) Not a bug but there is a ability which is a hat that allows you to do some spiderman type swinging and the movement of it is very buggy and there's no reason to use it because if you get sent high up you just take a shi ton of damage, to fix this you don't even need to change this item just make it so when you use it you take no or reduced fall damage.

One of the buggiest experiences of my life. What an absolute mess... Unplayable, nothing is working, things trigger by themselves, game is constantly jumping between scenes. Stay far far far away for now until they fix this trainwreck!
I find myself consistently returning to this game. The guns feel fantastic, which is important for a game that's primarily a shooter. There are systems such as the gun-swapping and bullet-catching that are implemented so well and felt so intuitive, I found myself trying to do the same in other games out of muscle memory. The inventory management is bizarre but it grows on you, like the control scheme for Gothic 1. The graphics are of a consistently unique style, the music is DOPE, the story is absurd and gruesome and more than merely window-dressing on a weird game. Certain comparisons to Cruelty Squad could be valid, but if there were an open world. I like being in this strange place. It's like if the protagonist from Lucasart's Outlaws smoked dmt and played MECH PUNK
I'm honestly enjoying it with all of its quirks and I think the negative reviews aren't totally warranted. Excited to see where this goes but head up high Mr. Pink! <3
