One of the best God Games out there. How did more people not find this game?!

So close to being so good. The builds are interesting, the artstyle is unique and great, the worldbuilding is fun, it just lacks something. If a godhood 2 ever gets made I expect it would be one of my favorite games, but this one is just shy of greatness.

Simple and fun game, good to kill a few hours with.

Great simulation game! If you greed, the game will punish you! Would create a i'll take your kidney but share food with you religion again! 9/10!

Looked really fun. was actually super boring.

Pleasantly surprised by this game, I had read some disappointing reviews but I find myself hooked. I think the main issue is when people think this will be a god game, as in god gameplay like the good ole black and white or something similar, whereas this is really just a god *themed* game, I would describe it as more of a light base building, mid stat raising and strategy game. I enjoy the slight variations is style and strategy you can choose throughout each playthrough (my first was at medium difficulty as a peaceful conversion god, and my second that I am currently in is a physical violence war god). It's enjoyable game that isn't difficult to learn but is engaging enough to keep me distracted from real life (as is my goal with game playing).

Me Likey... Me Likey ALOT !!!

I tried to get into this a couple times and just couldn't wring any joy out of the experience. The auto-battle experience makes it very clear how much time is spent just kind of sitting and waiting for things to happen. Then you go back to the holy site, click the same couple things a few times.. and back to auto battle. I couldn't find any way to feel connected or invested to what was happening, because it was almost completely happening without me.
