I wanted to like this game. The single-player social-deduction concept with a story element sounded interesting, and it had positive reviews. Alas, repetitive and uninspired gameplay became boring quickly. The story was absurdly nonsensical from the start, even allowing for the suspension of disbelief inherent in a time-loop plot. The characters were the strongest part of the game, but more than half of them were utterly uninteresting. It's clear some characters were created simply to convey a social commentary, which made them all the more off-putting. The art seemed original but was not nearly enough. Overall, I was disappointed in myself for purchasing this game and for spending as much time in it as I did.
God i love the anime and game so much. i just seen the ending of both today.

Every market we collect.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

repetitive (in a good way) story is cool and the entire concept of loops is really nice and well excecuted i really liked the characters too, everything in this game was fun in some way
The quick & shallow way to sell this game is "single-player time-loop Among Us", but that feels like a huge disservice to the experience as a whole. First of all, yes. It is single-player time-loop Among Us. The concept sounds kind of absurd at a glance, but there was so much care put into the character AI and game logic that it really does feel like you're playing a social deduction game, even though you're the only human at the table. You make allies and enemies, cast suspicion on people and get suspected yourself, and try to survive even if it means deceiving other people or sacrificing them. The gameplay is weirdly addictive as loops go by quick enough that it's really easy to say "okay, just another quick one and then I'm gonna go do something else" and then three hours later you're still at it. Even with the event search feature, it can feel annoying relying on luck to get some events (especially towards the end), but I didn't have much of a problem with this as I was having tons of fun just playing the rounds of Werewolf in earnest, in spite of the greater narrative. Speaking of which... GNOSIA's story might be shorter and more scattered than that of many other VNs, but I think it's so tightly written and beautifully interwoven into the gameplay that its length doesn't affect its impact. Getting better at the game necessitates that you spend time with the characters and learn how they behave, and that creates so many emergent narratives that build your attachment to the cast organically via the gameplay loop. Every character is uniquely charming and it's hard not to find yourself invested in most, if not all of the cast. The game's aesthetics are very unique as well IMO. The art lies at the border separating roughness and polish in a way that really draws the eye, and the music is similarly experimental and almost alien-sounding. The character designs are super cool and I think it's awesome that there's not one, but two nonbinary characters and it's relevant to them but also comes up very naturally. All in all, GNOSIA is a really unique experience and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who enjoys time travel stories; at times, the plot is especially reminiscent of Steins;Gate in particular. The fact that this game was made by only four people over the course of four years is absolutely incredible. You can tell the team at Petit Depotto poured so much heart into this project, and I hope more people find this game and give it a try. It might not be for everyone, but if you're the kind of person who is interested in any of the things I mentioned, I think you'll love GNOSIA. I sure know it'll stick with me, at least. P.S.: The game also has an anime adaptation, and surprisingly it's VERY very good. It strives to be more than just a 1:1 adaptation; I would argue the anime and the game are companion pieces for one another, and you get a fuller experience of the GNOSIA world by experiencing both.
