Has potential, but has a lot of bugs. Also if you want to be a battle mage you cant even use any spells you get unless you want to spend your gold on sulfur. you can mine sulfur ore, but to craft sulfur you need to get a sulfur blue print in a drop which seems nearly impossible, your going to be level cap and never once be able to access your spells, because blue print are only rarely dropped by enemies or traded with players. Its a small community which is cool, but some players take advantage of you still. Its a shill basically right now in its current state not worth being anything but free currently.
This game is not for everyone but if you like oldschool MMOs, there is a high probability that you will enjoy this game. Imo it's outstanding what one developer achieved so far. I wish it would have more publicity so we could enjoy a bigger playerbase. The price tag is not helping much but i rather have a price tag than an ingame store. Its in EA and has bugs but when you go with the theme of really old MMOs you can overlook them since this is how it was back in the days.

Game has great potential. As it stands now the game is entertaining and fun, the developer is active in-game and in the community. With time this game could stand out in terms of the genre. Although simplistic in art style, the game carries a very nostalgic feel to the visuals. The game play is fun and allows for some variety in game style. Currently there are some minor issues in balancing, guidance, as well as content. The bright side of this is that, as I said above, the developer is actively taking suggestions and working on adding more.
I was not expecting much but it is a pretty nice game. I judged it by the name and the graphics and thought I would not like it. A friend got it and got me to try it. Been hooked ever since... The base game reminds me of old school games like UO, the more you do something the better you get at it. So yes there is a bit of a grind to skill up everything. The PvP is fun but I have barely done much of that so far. Most people are friendly and there are not many playing this right now. Full loot PvP is only in certain areas which of course have the higher tier resources. I like that though cause it gives you a feeling of danger everytime you see someone run pass. The map is just right for the current population and spawns are good, even feel a bit fast in dungeons. Crafting is fun and not overly complex. At this time I think they are still working on player/guild housing and more areas to explore. I think adding these will be major improvements. The main complaint I have is space for stuff and having a house would help with this alot. Inventory and bank space is a bit tight. Magic system requires reagents and since you can unlock all skill trees you need alot of space. Overall it is a fun game with old school vibes and well worth the price.
This is a very fun game! The community is small but it's very nice and helpful. Everything you do feels impactful, even chopping basic trees will give wood that someone will buy or sell to daily vendor quest. 10/10 would recommend!
Game is actually pretty fun, its challenging for sure but also fun once you get the hang of it.
pleasantly surprised by how polished and stable this game is for a solo dev. Nice features and achieves alot more than some big studios with their releases. Original content and the graphical style appeals to the nostalgic amongst us! Have only played a little but looking forward to progressing in the game and forming a guild to see where it leads. Nice skill system too! Books, proficiency! Only criticism is the pace can be a little grindy, but i'm sure that will be adjusted and also means the game isnt over in an instant.
Where Rope?
It's addicting and nostalgic. It's still alpha phase, lots of bugs and exploits. But it's improving. Better to wait and check back in a year if it's still around. It's created and run by 1 guy.
