This short visual novel starts with a language option (English, Chinese, Japanese and Russian) and asks us to write our name - in fact, you'll be the actual main character of the novel and the dialogues will start from your own perspective.
The novel isn't kinetic, and it will often ask you many inputs - the story will flow following your choices (or better, the endings).
The soundtrack is the main thing that will annoy you from the first time - it's actually repetitive, it's not that bad after all (by the way there's no autopause and it will run even in tray) but it's literally a small track playing over and over.
The graphics on the other side are quite weird - the backgrounds are awesome, while the characters are all too poorly designed in my view, as you can see from the screenshots. Not that they're bad, but they're too stereotypical and more than a personal artist's style looks like the developers took them from Google and put on them little work, just some colorization to differentiate the various girls and such.
The menu opens with the right mouse button and offers the usual options for a visual novel - save, load, skip and so on, nothing bad with that overall being an indie game.
The "quiz" part in the game title will come out soon, the game's actually filled with questions and well, really, for a simple attempt on a visual novel, it's been an ok experience to me.
Sure, many times it will look like something stupid or pointless but well, the story goes on in some way.
It's short, bear this in mind, but if you wanna spend half an hour on a simple visual novel.. yeah, as I said you'll be the main character and your goal will be to enter a kind of quiz in order to get the girl you want, nothing innovative, yet kinda enjoyable.
You'll basically be choosing a girl after the first kinetic part and try to make her happy in the quiz part of the game through dozens of choices; you'll be given your points in the end and start over. Overall there will be I think more than 200 different trivia questions.
I'm not giving this game a thumbs down just because there's no middle option, so hoping that I'll see more from these developers in the future I'm supporting it. I had half an hour of fun on my first playthrough and, if on one hand I reviewed already in a mixed way the other visual novels from them, games such as My Personal Angel from them have been good and I hope to play new simple visual novels better than this one from these guys.
Mixing a small part of a visual novel and a big part of a quiz/dating sim, this game for sure qualifies as an indie very short attempt on creating a slightly different visual novel and if it's taken as it is without any kind of preconceptions it can be enjoyed, although it's nothing astounding by far.
Oh, and the game features also a "dance mode" in the main menu that's quite hilarious for some minutes xD
It's a "meh" game, and my positive review is deserved not that much for the game itself which is nice for half an hour but mainly for the other good visual novels of this studio that can be found bundled and such along with this particular one I'm reviewing. I hope to play better games from them, but anyways this one has been a good way to spend some time answering the trivia questions and trying to get the girls' happy endings.
