Genso Manège

Okay to be fair, I really wanted this game and was even considering importing it and playing it very, very slowly in Japanese, but then it was decided to get an English release, so I was very happy. Anyway, I do recommend the game... BUT: if you want a story that doesn't have any plotholes, then just skip this one. Because some stuff just does not make much sense to me? I'm especially looking at you and your ending [spoiler]Lyon[/spoiler] Also, while the dev rec the following route order: hugo -> serge/crier -> lyon = luciole -> arnaud. I didn't follow it and personally, I'm glad i didnt. Unless u want to have the more plot heavy stories at the start, I would recommend a different play order (crier/luciole -> lyon -> serge -> hugo -> arnaud -> finale) Pro: - Great VA choices. - A bit of everything: Comedy, slight fantasy, some darker stuff,.. - Interesting extras such as VA commentaries, Ending list,.. as well as the typical stuff such as CG gallery, sound gallery,.. - Different sprites and outfits for the characters (i love it when they have more than 1 pose/outfit) - You can switch between the languages on the starting screen - 2 Endings per character which both give you CGs. I also really liked some of the not so good endings Neutral: - Minigame you can skip after playing it one time without affecting your ending - The game is a bit sad, so while it does look fluffy there are some more darker parts? Not too dark and not getting too deep into it mostly, but the game is not always just fluffy. con: - Just some stuff that made me ??? - You cannot skip the Ending Video when you see it the first time. - Textbox animation. Atleast in the beginning, it really really annoyed me and made playing the game much slower. Either I got used to it over time, or it wasn't shown as often anymore as it was in the beginning. - I did not always like the pacing of the game. Sometimes it was too slow for me, while later being faster (which i preferred?) When I think back about this game, it could have gone a lot darker with some themes they integrated. But it never did, since it shifted the focus somewhere else, which didn't feel forced. So that was nice. I really liked the game. It was pretty to look at, it had great VAs and interesting love interests. If you want a really story-heavy game, this one isn't the game for you. But if you want something with a bit of a mix, give this one a try.

Genso Manège is a good otome game! I recommend it if you like a Fairytale setting with magic and a lot of cute moments!♥ What I especially liked: -The Voice Acting -The Story setting -The Romanceable guys are very handsome and very different from each other! The ONLY thing I didn't like: -The MC's age (she's 17 and the romanceable guys are in their twenties/mid twenties - like, I don't mind the age gap at all but they really could've made her 18 or older XDD idk) Graphic wise everything was perfect for me, no bugs, no glitches, or audio issues. I enjoy the way everything is written and it definitely makes me want to continue the game and finish it! I have to have Hugo~ <3

系統跟CG看起來很夢幻的風格，背景還是遊樂園，共通線也偏向歡樂，但進入角色線之後會有部分沈重的劇情，真相...嘛我覺得爆點不是太多，算是比較中規中矩的女性向遊戲吧？CG大致上算精美，偶爾有點小崩而已。 玩完之後喜歡的角色排行是アルノー>クリエ>ヒューゴ>セルジュ>リヨン=ルシオール，比起官方的建議攻略順序，我反而覺得把跟真相比較有關的ヒューゴ跟セルジュ放後面跑比較好呢，然後ルシオール的劇本感覺有點過於平淡+與真相沒什麼直接關係（放在後面跑會特別有這種感受），リヨン的結尾不管哪個又有點太哀傷，算是有些不平衡。 總結來說，喜歡這種畫風，不喜歡過於沈重黑暗劇情的，可以玩看看～

Eu estava bastante ansiosa para jogar e comprei assim que lançou e o jogo me surpreendeu, ele é todo dublado, o que para mim foi uma diferença enorme do que eu já tinha jogado até agora e as vozes combinaram muito bem com os personagens. Neste momento eu estou na minha segunda rota e eu consegui me emocionar com a primeira que eu escolhi, embora eu não tenha conseguido o final de "amor". A história te prende e eu achei a protagonista bem interessante, só achei que ela era muito novinha, 17 anos, ela poderia ser um pouco mais velha para mim, mas em nada mudou a minha experiência jogando. A arte é linda e a trilha sonora gostosa de ouvir. Enfim, vale muito comprar o jogo, eu agora quero outros parecidos com este.

本当にとても温かいの物語です。おすすめ！！！ 上头且纯情，我将持续安利，有雷但不多。如果不喜欢纯情的想吃肉的不建议玩。 故事总体还是很治愈，大团圆结局好吃，op和俩ed都好听，越听越喜欢的类型，歌曲其实很贴很贴故事剧情，好久没这么上头了。 そして、全クリアした後、一番すきのひと、やっぱりリヨンくんです！！！！！ ルシオールくんも優しくてすき、みんな優しい！！！ 夢の時間終わるのちょっとさみしいです、夢の時間ありがとう！！(__)

the game is really sweet. by far my favorite route would always be luciole and crier due to their personality rlly made me love even more than before. the pacing is nice and not to slow at least in my own opinion nonethless the game is worth the time on it.

It's a great game and story. Also it has 3 VAs that I absolutely adore. So far really loving it

This game is a gut punch of emotions even in the amour endings. The game is DECEITFUL in it's appearance as it lulls you into this false sense of 'pure fun' based on its vibrancy and theme - but don't be fooled. Only rocks of people would be unmoved by all the story arcs. It's worth playing!
