Gem Miner TD

Good game, can kinda maze build, the water is annoying tho

This is without a doubt, one of the best td games on steam. It's got the same things that made the original gem td on warcraft 3 custom great, plus far and away better replay-ability and options for both mazing and single-line defense. If you're worried about the price, the demo should tell you if you want to invest the money - I put at least a dozen hours into it, and actively dug through my steam inventory selling cards and even picked up CS2 for drops just to get it. It's worth it.

im sure there is a really great tower defense game in here. but i was so confused after playing the tutorial i thought 13 dollars was too much. the art is great... the dev seems engaged and is active. but i will need to pick this up again when its under 5 bucks.

Very nice game, countless small touches that give the game a nice polished feeling. Demo data can be carried over to the full game, so give it a honest chance.

It is a very engaging maze building TD game. Very relaxing at lower difficulties and a real challenge at latter ones. I'm having tons of fun, so far, experimenting with different gems. My only real complaint is that i feel there's a lack of augments to spice up the runs. There's only a handful of them, so a higher number of whackier, run defining augments would make it as much of a roguelike as a run of lets say Binding of Isaac or Slay The Spire. But this is a great game either way!

The game hits a good spot for tower defense fans It is complex but not too complex. There is variety in maps, augments and gameplay And it has a free demo, so just try it out if you are interested The only downside for me is that there is no permanent upgrade system, just unlockable miner classes

I like this game, the optimizations possible are actually kind crazy, and the way that there's a few different methods of acheiving near-infinite scaling is pretty great! I've had a lot of fun, and within the first like 10 hours i managed to make it to the top 5 on the endless leaderboard. It's not necessarily a hard game, but it certainly has a lot of replayability. Plus it's a steam game, so y'know i got it pretty cheap

very reminiscent of the Gem TD custom maps from WC3 and Starcraft 2, a good spin on it.
