Already hooked and its amazing! I've never played any GOW games before on the 360 so this was my only option. Hopefully in the future I can get a 360 and play the whole franchise on the original system to see its full glory. Multiplayer lobbies feel just like Xbox Live lobbies, its beautifully toxic
Pese a que Gears of War si siendo un pilar de lo que supuso la generación 360 para la industria del videojuego y un juego que en si mismo tiene ideas muy originales, el tratamiento que XBOX y Microsoft hacen de una de una de sus licencias más queridas es penoso y vergonzoso. No habiendo jugado a la versión Reloaded en PS5, esta es sin duda una versión horrible y nefasta para jugar la primera entrega. Si estás pensando en comprarla para PC, mejor ahórrate el dinero, a pesar de tener un PC varias magnitudes superior a la potencia de una 360, en el momento en el que las cinemáticas se ponen a 30 FPS aparece rotura de imagen a pesar de tener el V-Sync activado, por otro lado, hay momentos del juego donde de aprecian un montón de bajones de FPS y el rendimiento no es constante. Otro problema que tiene este juego es que el sonido está completamente roto, petardea en muchos momentos del juego. La IA tampoco ayuda nada, no jugué a la versión original de 360, pero aquí deja mucho que desear, incluso en dificultades altas es extremadamente tonta y muchas veces tus compañeros se quedan pillados y no puedes avanzar. Me he comido algunos bugs que me han obligado a cargar punto de control, sin duda alguna, pasa de esta versión he intenta jugarlo en consola XBOX.

Cant go wrong. Fun coop action cover shooter. A pioneer in the genre. Classic. Cool story, setting, locations and characters. Jump in and have fun.
Second time theyve dropped the same remaster and abandoned it.
loved the game when it first came out and totally remember why.... very nostalgic to play it again!
I purchased it on Steam sale 2026, and got a refund after an hour of playing. Pros: Graphics, gameplay, sound, and overall production design. Cons: Matchmaking is dead in co-op campaign. It doesn't help that the partner A.I is terrible. I will re-purchase it ONLY if it's at 90% off.
Графика особо не изменилась. Проблемы с запуском игры, постоянно крашилась, пока в автономном режиме не зашел. ИИ союзников стал хуже, порой мисси проваливались из-за того, что они тупо лезут под мобов, особенно под берсерка, в перестрелках особо толку от них нет. Управление командой не работает нормально, союзным ботам пофиг на команды. Русская озвучка временами звучит бездушно. Игра не стоит своих денег, разрабы только хуже сделали. Серия классная, лучше просто скачать с инета ориг.
i recommend this game, but i also dont recommend this game. if you are a die hard gears of war STORY fan and want the game on steam then buy this. if you like the story and love the versus mode then dont buy this game. the multiplayer is dead and so is the co-op online campaign. so buy this on sale if you love the gears of war story. fingers crossed they port over gears of war 2 and 3!!
DO NOT BUY, YOU CANNOT PLAY THE GAME. I got the game and then spent an hour trying to link my steam to my microsoft account (since you can't do literally anything in the game without them being linked) and have finally given up. I tried every "fix" I could find from every steam and reddit thread on the issue or similar issues and nothing works. Finally throwing in the towel.
!!!! ATENCION !!!! Un excelente titulo que jugué en mi niñez, lastima que actualmente esta roto y se crashea al iniciar una partida y tienes que pasarte arreglando cosas que se supone deberían de estar bien pues pagaste por un producto funcional.
